Excellent customer service, friendly staff, nice pool area, close to food options. Whirlpool suite is nice size, beautiful shower, nice tub with great hot water, and fireplace. The hotel prepared coffee is decent and always available in the lobby plus in room Kuerig as well as a microwave and fridge. The hot tub was down the day we arrived, but maintenance was already working on it the very next morning so it's nice to know they are proactive on keeping things up and running for guests. Very comfy bed and pillows. Ample, essy parking even for larger vehicles. We will continue to choose this hotel when we are in the area.

Breakfast is better than continental but could be a little more robust. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner in our shower but we had our own anyway no big deal. Also the max tv volume was set very low so watching TV while the hot tub was running required closed captions due to the noise of the tub jets. Not a huge issue, just something that could have been better.

It was cabin cozy

The breakfast. Wish it was upgraded with the pump machine so the staff doesn't have to refill it all the time. The waffle should be on the other side as the line was pretty long. People were waiting on the waffle. It should be at least 2 waffle regardless its busy or non busy. The bigger room with the pull out bed, the mattress is very uncomfortable. When people can feel the mattress spring that mean the mattress is warn out and thinning. Upgrade mattress is good.

Exceeded our expectations. The 2nd shift (woman’s and man) Staff was super friendly and explained the facilities features. I am always concerned about bugs when I travel but I had not one concern here. The room was super clean and comfy. They were situated across from a Culver’s which was walkable. Continental breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel and wish there were more like this one.

The only thing would be a little more larger area for the breakfast.

Having grown up in the northwoods of Wisconsin, I enjoyed the "Northwoods" decor!! Front desk service was efficient and friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was GREAT! will definitely stay there again if in the area! Found a super price offered on-line... a great value!

The only problem was being on 2nd floor(steps are hard for me) and at the opposite end of the hallway (of about 40 rooms) from the elevator. My fault for not requesting a closer location.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My boyfriend and I comfortably fit in a double bed- it was cozy but big enough for the two of us. The hotel was very clean and we had a great night sleep with no noise! The waffles at breakfast were so delicious!

The hot tub was very spacious but there were only a couple of jets working properly. The other breakfast foods weren’t very tasty (eggs and potatoes).

We liked the hotel- we’ve stayed there before. The pool area is nice, the continental breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is helpful and kind.

Like any hotel, the other people staying there can make the stay less joyful. We had lots of kids tournaments there during our stay and the parents and kids weren’t very considerate, nor did they follow the posted rules in the pool area.

This hotel was very beautiful! The lobby was very cozy and the rooms were equally cozy. The pool was large and maybe a bit cooler than other pools we came across on our vacation but my mom still loved it. The hot tub was large and had some seriously powerful jets which was great for sore vacationers. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast didn't start until 6:30 so we didn't get to try it, but we wanted to be on the road early so realy not a big deal. We were in room 202, when the laundry was running it sounded like a chopper hovering over our room, this was not a huge deal since they only did laundry during the afternoon and it did not last long at all.

Stoney Creek Hotel is a well-kept property featuring a charming Northwoods-themed motif with plenty of free parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and attentive to needs. Our room was clean and spacious. Hot breakfast was good and sufficient. Although we didn't use it, the swimming pool and area was large; it appeared there was a splash area or something that was not in service but otherwise a very nice area. Very good internet service and several USB charging ports in the room.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. If there was one thing we complained about, it was the small toilet. It was a nice place!

The location was great. Easy to get to and right next to the expo center. The decor was really cute and gave the hotel a cabin feel. The hotel was quiet even with kids staying there for a sporting event.

We did have issues with an outlet not working in the room and the hot water to the shower was cold after 9 AM both mornings. The breakfast was just ok. I wished the work out area was a little bigger. There also were no towels in the pool room when we went down at night.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. Rooms good for the value. The front desk lady was super sweet, she even saved some of my papers I left on accident when checking in and gave them to me when she saw me later.

The shower in the room was interesting. I couldn't figure out how to get the hot water to come on for a while. The shower head sprayed everywhere but on my body.
