Spacy suit, very well equiped, perfect for 3 adults and 3yo child. Comfortable sofa with all the additional bedding and warm blanket in the living room and king-size bed, whirpool and shower in the bedroom. Fireplace for both rooms. Mini-kitchen is enough for short journey with a kid. Pool is really a great fun after skiing day.

Everything in the hotel is a little bit too used, although clean, no any bad smell. Toilette didn't work well, clogged in the morning, I need to ask for a plumber (in fairness, the front desk immediately reacted, the plumber came in 5 minutes, all the process took less than 15 min). Breakfast was great and hot BUT it should be included, according to Booking.com reservation, and we were asked to pay additionally for it.

Really good location for checking out downtown, with lots of eateries and the river park nearby. Free parking in their lot. Relatively late checkout (12 PM). Friendly staff. Extra level of security in that you needed your room key to take the elevator to your floor.

They have three elevators, but only one goes to the lobby, so you had to wait awhile given how many rooms and floor there were. While stairs would be fine, staying at the upper level and, arriving and leaving with luggage and pet, you need the elevator.

The location was very convenient. Char is a really fantastic restaurant. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was great. Anaka out dinner server was exceptional. Jerry and Brigette helped us one evening with cocktails and appetizers and there were very good too. I did not get the lady’s name who worked breakfast Monday thru Friday. She was fantastic. She gave us a great start to our days while we were there.

I was disappointed that you did not offer daily room cleaning or at least every other day. I tried to schedule it when I needed it and I was put off for one more day. The bathroom area really needs a little clean up daily as well as the kitchen (we used dishes and glasses). This is the reason I only have the hotel an 8. The overall hotel is a bit tired. Could use a facelift and updates. Still feels like the 1990s or early 2000s.

Hotel was clean, parking in structure kept snow off the vehicle. Easy to navigate in secure elevator that required room key to access. One bedroom king suite was so amazing. Bed was so comfortable, loved the fireplace in both living room area and bedroom. Hot tub was huge so great for couples. Downtown and so close to many food choices. Can see Rib Mountain from parking lot. Breakfast was a great buffet with wonderful choices.

I have nothing bad to say. I will be staying there when I visit Wausau in the future. Thank you.

Our stay was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good but was not hot. I realize it's difficult to keep eggs and pancakes hot in the food warmers. The Char restaurant is beautifully appointed.

The view from our window was toward the back of the hotel toward the old mall. Wausau is so beautiful it would have been nice to have had a better view of the city.

i had no complaints. everything was straight forward and easy. the staff made everything clear and comfortable.

we had already checked out my spouse forgot her pillow she had brought with ,by the time she realized it the room had been cleaned . one of the ladies at the front desk went up and found it. She did this without any hesitation. would recommend The Jefferson to anyone.

Location was excellent as it was within walking distance of the concert we attended at The Grand Theater in Wausau, WI. The breakfast that was included in our stay was excellent.

Having to go back outside and register our vehicle at a kiosk to get free parking. The check in desk should be able to do that for its customers.

The room was spacious, bathroom spacious, shower are user friendly. Courteous, cpmpetent and friendly staff, location to Grand Theatre with numerous restaraunt options within walking distance.

Parking, had a dog amnd were on the 4th floor making it inconvenient to access outside.

It was our second time staying here. We love everything about the hotel! The breakfast is great! Kitchen, wait staff and front desk were always attentive, helpful and pleasant. Jefferson Street Inn is and will always be our choice whenever in the Wausau area. THANK YOU!
