I Booked for 3 nights, an hr. two later, I got an email stating I booked for 1 night, I knew the hotel was sold out for the weekend, so I freaked out. !!! I went to front desk, it took over a half hr. and wait for 2 men to check in. Finally, she waited on me and said she made a mistake and should have double-checked the email. I was booked for 3 days, Whew ! An hr. or 2 later, I got another email stating I was checking in the next day and for 1 night. !!! I ignored It. !!! 😜

The shower that they had in my room was very slippery on the floor and the shower doors would not stay shut. I suggested to the staff that they should get the Rubbermaid mats with the suction cups on the bottom. Plus I had a whirlpool tub room and it had steps going up to the tub with no handles and those stairs were slippery potential fall risk. Other than that the room was nice

Our hotel room was spacious and clean. The location was great, close to a variety of restaurants. It also has easy access to the highway and is close to the Rib Mountain shopping area.

There isn’t an elevator on the property, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be problematic for others.

Staff was great. They helped me with several things. One was needing à sizzor and giving me directions breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Room was very clean . Stayed two days and got extra towels from housekeeping

Only thing hard bed and it was to high could not figure out lights

hotel was a shirt drive from the hill and plenty of restaurants, etc nearby. Newly renovated the rooms and common areas were very nice and comfortable. We especially liked the pool area and large spa. Breakfast was good.

Noisy person in room next door but a complaint to front desk took care of that

Location was perfect for visiting my friend in town. I was never up early enough for the breakfast, so can't comment on that. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Had a very lovely stay.

Convenient location. Multiple doors to access area of the room easily.

The pool room was hot. When we walked in it kind of took your breath away. But that didn’t stop us from using it. I had to grab something that dropped behind the bed and found a cigarette and feathers behind it. So not vacuumed in a while.

Nicely appointed room, comfortable bed and many pillows. Clean, pool/spa were clean. Jets could be stronger

AC unit could use a continuous fan mode to cancel out some adjacent room noise. Could use a makeup mirror

The hotel is updated, clean, and nicely located. I always appreciate having breakfast.

Lots of kids running around and being loud but, I expected that at a hotel with breakfast and a pool. The ice machine outside our room is noisy. I think we were 230 or 232?

We were impressed with the upgrades made since our last visit. We enjoyed our breakfast.

Our check in experience was strained by the fact we were working with a brand new employee. The manager was jolly on the spot!
