Breakfast-N/A Everything was clean The person who checked us in was wonderful. So accommodating and friendly.

The only compliant I have and it's not a big one, but when we were checking out at 5:30am the person on duty at the time acted like he was being bothered when I asked for a receipt. He stated I should have been emailed a receipt. At the time I had no idea because I wasn't at the point of checking my emails. I wanted to make sure I had a receipt before I left the premises being it was a business trip. He was setting up the water dispenser in the front lobby and felt he had to finish all of that up before taking care of me. I just thought it was a little odd that there didn't seem to be any urgency on his part to help me and didn't act like he was overly willing to meet what I was asking for right away. He did get the receipt for me which was nice.

The location was perfect. I had a medical procedure schedule for early the following morning and it was less than 5 minutes from the hotel to the medical center.

The walls are very thin. We were able to hear the people in the room next us when they were just talking to one another. It made us very self-conscious of our own talking. We didn't even want to turn on the tv because it was against the wall of the room next to us. And being that we had to be up at 5 am to prepare for my medical procedure, it also kept us from getting to sleep at a good time. You could also hear everyone that walked by the door to the hall.

Rooms were nice. We of course were in the dog area and other dogs would bark and ours would make ours start otherwise nothing bad.

The guy checking me in was not very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I ended up getting very upset with him and had him call his manager and solving the issue. It then evolved into another issue of how I literally paid over my phone with an online check in while I waited in line in their lobby and he wanted to charge me again. Thankfully another girl come out from the back area and told him to check some kind of site to see if I paid and sure enough there it was. Finally got my keys and to our room where I could relax a bit after all that stress.

I paid extra $20;to check in. However the staff they're pretty phenomenal there. Nick he's pretty cool for the most part kind understanding The People's situations Luke he's pretty awesome too another Stephanie she's sweet as can be I enjoy staying at super 8.

The most thing I hate most is not getting my deposit back it's been over 3 weeks on I still have not received it it's $50 is a long ways you know for someone that don't have a lot of money

We were greeted by two ladies behind the desk who were very nice and helpful. We asked for a second floor room which they gave us close to the pool. They had one of the best continental breakfasts, for the money, we have seen.

The room was slightly loud. The refrigerator made a weird noise and the heater fan was a bit loud. But to be fair, i have a hard time sleeping away from home and I did quite well.

We were double billed, no one was willing to correct this for us. We booked room online, I'm guessing the 3rd party online booking charged once then the hotel also billed. I called hotel who said they only show one charge. I disputed it with our CC company, they said it was two unique transactions and we are required to pay for them.

I liked the swimming pool and the free breakfast I also like be the staff at the counter I think he's real helpful very friendly and I would come their again

The bed was fantastic, very comfortable, the hot tub felt a bit gritty, had to do a good rinse before usung it, otherwise was very clean, roomy and very quiet.

Breakfast sausage was like chewing on leather, but otherwise was all good.

The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Breakfast stayed open until 10am. Pet area out back.

No book in the room with hotel info or close restaurants and services. No carpeting to dampen noise. Not enough outlets near the bed. Only one night stand.

While it is an old building, it’s in good condition. Everything has been updated and well maintained. There’s a pool and hot tub open 24/7. The breakfast bar was average but there was hot coffee and hot water 24/7. The staff, and I saw all 3 shifts, were helpful and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

There is no elevator but the stairs are wide and comfortable enough to use.
