It was a good and comfortable stay. I'm glad we chose this place for our stay. We enjoyed our family time we spent there. The staff were so nice and fantastic. They made everything so easy.

In our room 214, there was a huge crack in the mirror. It was a big eye sore to how comfortable and clean the place was. The entrance door to the parking lot (not the main entrance) didn't lock, that raised a little concern about security, but nothing happened. Thankfully. Also not sure if it automatically locks at night or not. Also the hot tub pressure wasn't strong, but overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms were very clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is good there's a good variety, the pool is nice the only thing was the hot tub jets were really weak but thats not a big deal. Overall a really nice place to stay. Staff was very nice!

Pool hot tub jets didn't work very well and was quite nosey per other guests not being respectful but thats not the staffs fault!

Booking.com said we had handicapped room but comfort inn had none available. Very helpful in making an adjustment that was partially acceptable.

Booking. Com claimed to provide handicap accessible room when one was not available Too late and tired to find something else although staff tried.

The hotel was very clean, newly remodeled or refreshed. The bed was very comfortable! And the softest towels I've ever used at a hotel. There was a nice continental breakfast. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Great location! We would definitely stay again!

Rooms were clean, beds were VERY comfortable. Great location. We were just passing through on our way north. Breakfast was good. Thanks for making the start of our sisters weekend so nice.

The hot tub was not warm and the jets were not working. Typically I would not have noticed, but booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and I was skiing for the first outing of the year.

Rooms and beds where perfect, decent breakfast options.

The Jets on the hot tub didn't work, Im sure it was a one time thing but I was looking forward to it 😫

It was a great place for the family reunion. Great value, lovely accommodations, and very helpful staff. We plan to come back next year.

Should have asked for a handicap-accessible room. That was my fault - not the front desk. Everything went fine.
