The location and feel of the place was amazing! The lobby is so welcoming allowing for a great space to play cards, eat some food, and hangout with friend! The pool and the hot tub were also very nice and perfect for our friends to enjoy!

The breakfast was not the best. When we think of free included breakfast, we thought maybe some eggs or bacon but the only things they really had was bagels, donuts, and a waffle maker. There wasn't much selection for hot foot and protein. Also during out stay the hot tub was down for maintenance but was able to be fixed within just 6 hours!

The lobby's centerpiece a beautifully crafted fireplace created a warm and inviting atmosphere upon arrival. The Premier Loft suite was impeccably clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected.

The absence of an on-site dining venue during my stay was slightly inconvenient, but the staff provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, which made up for it.

Free bottled water and a refrigerator in the room were convenient. The 24-hour front desk staff were always available and helpful, and the free parking made everything hassle-free. The property’s terrace was such a nice place to unwind, I ended up meeting other friendly guests there.

The mattress was a bit firmer than I'm used to, and the pillows were on the thinner side.

The hotel's proximity to Rib Mountain State Park was fantastic, allowing for easy access to hiking trails and scenic views. The room's fireplace added a cozy touch, perfect for chilly evenings. The staff were knowledgeable about local attractions and provided excellent recommendations.

The parking lot was a bit crowded during peak hours, but it didn't cause any significant inconvenience.

Traveling with my dog was a breeze at Bantr. The pet-friendly policy was genuinely accommodating. While there weren't specific pet amenities like treats at check-in, the staff was welcoming, and the surrounding area offered ample green spaces for walks.​

I noticed the absence of waste bag stations on the property, so it's advisable to come prepared.​

The room was perfect for my family and very comfy beds. Everyone was helpful and smiling, friendly atmosphere! Pool was so nice and not freezing, hot was excellent and was the gym equipment.

The German Shepard at check in (will contact privately) Also the lamp behind the sofa is in a bad location, family member walked head quite hard on it. (Acorn sconce thing)

The property was beautiful! The room was stunning. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

The hot tub was closed, but understandable when you are working on things in the building. They did give us a voucher to come back! The fire place did not want to turn on so someone came and took care of that for us. It then did not want to turn off, so we again had someone come in and help.

The poor reviews astound me for this property. It’s truly beautiful, cozy, clean. It is rare to find a hotel room that offers lodging space-options concussive for families. I felt like we were at a cabin rental property vs a hotel. My brother is moving to the area and I can guarantee this is where we will stay in the future.

bathroom had some fixtures that weren’t secure

the rooms were amazing it was very relaxing

the kids in the hallway makeing a rucus and shooting nerf guns in the hallway, and the loud music in the neighboring room at 11pm, and haveing to call the front desk, to put a stop to it so we could sleep. it took the front desk 4 times, and had to threaten to call the cops to get them to stop.

Really enjoyed the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff were welcoming and the lobby was a great place to chill. The coffee shop on site was a nice bonus.

Comfort was mostly good, but the pillows were a bit too firm for me. Not a big deal, just a personal thing.
