the room was comfortable

on my arrival day my wife did the check in. however, when she mentioned a reservation under my name, she was told there wasn't one. after many tries the reservation was found. the receptionist(s) told my wife they misunderstood her question, and did not hear the word reservation. this is more like a she said you said situation, but the overall result was how my wife felt from this misunderstanding.

Staff cleaned a table earlier so we could play cards downstairs in the bar area. Bartender was very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!! Loved the text message if you needed anything and that the room was ready on our travels!!!! Loved the fireplace outside, dart board, pool table and the gambling machines.

A pool/hot tub would really help. Go back to making the beds and clean the rooms like they used to but, I understand why you may have stopped that.

Pleasant staff. Cleanliness. Affordable. Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Room already cooled upon arrival. Plenty of body wash, and shampoo/conditioner provided. Great location...near all. Accomodations to late check out. Bar with great menu. Large window view.

Although there were options, the breakfast was missing basics...such as bananas/oranges, potatoes, bacon or sausage, and bagels/cream cheese. Maybe stay open till 10 am? The cloth chair in our room visibly had stains.

Clean, comfy, plenty of parking, no funny smells, plenty of outlets, decently soundproof.

They don't stock half and half for the coffee at breakfast. Just sweet stuff or 2% or the cremora powder from your bedroom kcup pot. I grabbed a supply from the gas station after 1st morning.

The employees were trully attentive and helpful. The receptionist was polite and diligent in providing the necessary accomodations to my family.

The brakfast was the lowest point of the experience . Narrow options and poor quality of the things that were available there , I hope it can be improved a little bit.

Wausau is a great city for walking, and the motel is near Marathan Park and scenic hills and bus stops going downtown - I was on the top floor and the views were great -- the breakfast was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful

no way to open a window and get air from outside - price was high

The staff is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a hotel setting. They greeted me with a big smile and were super accommodating. Because of their flexibility, allowing us to check in early and check out late, we were able to accomplished what we were there for. Thanks a million Best Western Plus Wausau Tower! Location was also great, close to everything we needed.

Wish there was a swimming pool but not a deal breaker.

Staff in the breakfast room were so incredible! They kept the mess under control with lots of large groups descending on the area. Room was comfortable and very clean.

The pool area was a disaster. No towels (had to go get them from front desk, kids running and jumping into the pool on top of each other. Nowhere to sit. We left after seeing the chaos.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a nice size. Like the restaurant/ bar. Best breakfast item .. the new pancake maker. They were delicious and so easy to make

When I checked out nobody was there at the counter. I waited for a few minutes and then just left my room keys. Also, the bathroom is nicely remodeled, but the finishing work wasn't done and it just made it look sloppy.

Clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Great little bar and restaurant.

Could hear someone getting sick in the room next door. It really wasn’t the hotel’s fault but being able to hear it was not so fun.
