Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet. The small refrigerator came in handy. I used the exercise room. It met my expectations. Breakfast offered a full array of choices. Overall, the stay was an excellent value.

Two waffle irons are needed. The waffle iron that was available was slow to heat and there were a lot of people waiting to use it. Breakfast room staff (an older woman) was not particularly pleasant that morning. I have allergies and noticed that the pillows were dusty. Problem was solved by folding and placing a large bath towel on top of the pillow.

There were construction workers whose rooms were close to mine. At 5:00 - 5:30 a.m. I heard frequent opening and closing of their doors. It woke me and kept me awake during that time. This is the main reason for the "8" rating instead of "10." Of secondary importance: the breakfast room could use an additional waffle iron. The one that was there was slow. There was a line of people to use it and the wait for it was long. The breakfast staff was "snippy."

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, nice pool area, close to food options. Whirlpool suite is nice size, beautiful shower, nice tub with great hot water, and fireplace. The hotel prepared coffee is decent and always available in the lobby plus in room Kuerig as well as a microwave and fridge. The hot tub was down the day we arrived, but maintenance was already working on it the very next morning so it's nice to know they are proactive on keeping things up and running for guests. Very comfy bed and pillows. Ample, essy parking even for larger vehicles. We will continue to choose this hotel when we are in the area.

Breakfast is better than continental but could be a little more robust. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner in our shower but we had our own anyway no big deal. Also the max tv volume was set very low so watching TV while the hot tub was running required closed captions due to the noise of the tub jets. Not a huge issue, just something that could have been better.

Nice sized rooms, great pool area, cabin aesthetic, daily breakfast and nice seating area for that.

Had to ask the front desk one of our nights when quiet hours were - there was a loud group next to our room. The front desk said they would ask them to be quiet at 11pm...via info from the website and an employee I asked the next day, quiet hours are at 10pm. Just good info to know for future stays. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. This would not detour us from staying here again

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the TV channels and that the window open wide to let in fresh air. The hot tub and pool are functional although could be cleaned a bit better. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t use it all, but it was definitely due for the vacuum to be run across the bottom.

The pool could be cleaned better and there’s a train that runs very close by. The latest I heard it was 11pm. I sleep with white noise so if it came through after that I may not have heard it.

We liked location, price, cleanliness, fitness center, outdoor reading area, and breakfast. Pool is beautiful but we had no time for it with our appointment schedule. Breakfast was great, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was super! So glad we found you as we’d always stayed at that hotel right by CWA but it has gone down substantially in last year n I’ll never stay there again! Your place was more reasonable and 50x nicer! The breakfast variety was good. It was disrespectful for the woman who was replenishing the food items to be talking on the phone while she worked. We sure did not want to hear her private conversation but then she probably did not even care about us.

Dog friendly. Free parking for our boat trailer. Easy access to highways and outdoor activities like hiking at Rib Mountain. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was very basic and same all three days- biscuits with gravy, egg patties and make your own waffles. There was a nice breakfast restaurant within walking distance called Blissful Bites and Brunch and also a Pick n Save grocery store to stock up on snacks.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good.

The hot tub was a bit unclean. Black floating stuff in water and human oil. Lots of people in the tub. Not the hotel's fault. Wished they would put a sign to shower before getting into the hot tub. Wished there were a charger outlet on the nightstand. There was no outlet by the bed to charge your phone, unless you unplugged the lamp. Otherwise, the staff and room were great.

The breakfast. Wish it was upgraded with the pump machine so the staff doesn't have to refill it all the time. The waffle should be on the other side as the line was pretty long. People were waiting on the waffle. It should be at least 2 waffle regardless its busy or non busy. The bigger room with the pull out bed, the mattress is very uncomfortable. When people can feel the mattress spring that mean the mattress is warn out and thinning. Upgrade mattress is good.
