The resort is really beautiful and clean. They take very good care of the nature and they have plenty of animal in the resort. Even crocodils! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The reception staff is extremly friendly especially Rudy, Fleuri and Clara. They helped us with a lot of patience with all of our problems and questions. The director is also a nice person. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, especially the pizza. :)

We booked all inclusive but the water was only during the lunch and dinner included. If you want water during the day they charge you 2 euros per bottle. We asked for a bottle of water during breakfast and the staff refused to give us one & was really rude. We were 3 people so 1 bottle for lunch wasn't enough either and when we asked for more they were rude again. The guests are 95% italians because of that the staff barely spoke english, only italian and french. The music at the pool are was only in italian. The wifi didn't work well in the room.

It is one of the best all-inclusive resorts we have ever been to. Great service, with special mentions to Tonga, Evelyn & Abdul. These staff members should be commended for their willing service, smiles & and all-around great attitudes. A special mention also has to be made to the Bravo Group team members...wow you do an amazing job. Andilana is a dream hotel in a dream location.

If I had to nit-pick, I wish the aircon in the rooms was better, or at least if pedestal fans could be provided to compliment the aircon unit.

The hotel is at a wonderful beach. Staf are kind and helpful. Food’s amazing. The garden is so beautiful - we loved the lemurs. 99% of the guests were Italian - very nice people :)

Rooms are not four stars - but nice indeed. We would have preferred communication in other languages than only Italian. We had no clue about the daily activities, themes and so on.

The convenience of the restaurants to rooms was great. People working in resort were amazing. Food was really good. Beach was lovely.

The a/c was an issue. It was not working very good.

The location is wonderful, the beaches perfect, and the food varied and plentiful

It was a pity I couldn't participate in some activities as I do not speak Italian. But I knew that before arriving.

Everyting about it was perfect, the location the staff and afcourse the food.
