Second time in Mendoza, second time in this hotel. Amazing place, great activities and rooms, casino, cinema, excursions, restaurants and pool. Great underground parking with special places for guests, completely free. Personal is friendly and kind, gave us a tip how to exchange the money now (there is great exchange rate in casino, but to change dollars or euro you need to buy casino tickets in the cashier desk, then put into slot machine and collect vouchers, that you can exchange for pesos on the cashier).

Lock system is outdated and required lots of effort to open room door or underground parking door every time. Wish there were no problem with getting into your room :(

very nice rooms and located in a small commercial complex. Really near to a Western Union, good for foreigners that with to exchange currency. Rooms were quite spacious and had comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

The facility has little to no extra services. The pool was nice but had a really limited menu of drinks to order from. No room service, so don’t count on having dinner in the hotel. There are some restaurants near by, but no room service.

Very large room, with a large and comfortable bed, very good shower with hot water with good pressure. Good heating and cooling unit. Very good cleaning staff, always keeping the room and bathroom tidy and clean. Good breakfast with many options and a good duration (6 to 10 am). The staff were very helpfull and assisted us with managing the food we brought to our 7 month old baby.

Very good shower with hot water with good pressure however the shower does wet the bathroom a lot (as is the same with all argentinian places we've been to).

I liked the location, cleanliness & value for money

I did not like (a) the big curtains on either side of the lobby, which makes the whole place look very cheap (b) the swimming pool water was not warm at all (c) hydromassage pool is free of charge in many hotels but in your hotel there is an additional charge

Excellent location from the airport however a little far from downtown Mendoza.

The Hotel and casino are very nice. The staff was excellent. I would stay again
