Check in was smooth, land lady was very friendly and spoke good English to help us, the room was quite big with x2 bedrooms and was quite modern inside, beds were comfy and the bathroom was also modern with a great shower and underfloor heating. The restaurant was great with good food, friendly staff and other guests.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

A friendly family run hotel in a stunning location. It was also really helpful that we could get a meal at the hotel as we arrived early evening and there are not many options local to the hotel. The food was simple but very well prepared. The locals seem to frequent the restaurant too - the hotel is clearly popular. The buffet breakfast choice was very good.

There is limited parking at the hotel, but we did manage to bag the last space. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but others may find them to be fine. There was no shower gel provided, only hand soap. We carry our own for such eventualities so this was not a problem to us.

The location was amazing, you feel like on top of the world. The hotel was fully refurbished and very clean, the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and proactive. The meals have been a fantastic adventure into the local cuisine.

The location is absolutely stunning. We had a newly renovated room. we were pleasantly surprised to also have a little adjoining living room. They provided a nice little breakfast. We also had a fantastic dinner… everything homemade! The proximity to beautiful hiking was fantastic.

The only problem for us was that we arrived after 9:00 pm and the restaurant was closed. There were no restaurants open nearby. Plan accordingly if you must arrive late. The property is up some very winding, narrow roads that we didn’t want to navigate at night.

This hotel was super clean and the facilities were so nice and up to date. The room was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We truly appreciated how kind the owner was. We miscalculated our time of arrival and got there after 7:30 when the restaurant closed. Since it was Sunday, we were concerned that there were no dinner options that late. Also, the property is a bit far and up the mountain from the closest town and didn’t want to drive those unfamiliar, winding roads at night. after a long day traveling. They were so kind to keep the restaurant open for us and we had a wonderful dinner!

We loved everything!

This Hotel is in a quiet, remote, rural area. Loved the peace and tranquility, sitting on the balcony admiring the views and watching the farmers at work. The staff were wonderful and friendly. There isn't much in the village, but the hotel has a bar and restaurant, which I would highly recommend. We had a 4 course evening meal for €25 each and it was fantastic. We were on a 14 night tour of Europe and this was our favourite Hotel.

The owner made us very welcome. The room was well appointed and the views were amazing. Evening meal in the restaurant was a menu of the day, all prepared fresh with plenty of salad. It is a bit of a drive up the hill, but the views are more than worth it. The town is lovely and quiet with some beautiful buildings

Great value for money. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Brilliant ravioli. Dinner menu was small but food excellent.

We liked everything. Note that there is no air conditioning in the room which wasn’t a problem for us but might be in hot weather.

Nothing was too much trouble for Alexandra. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The scenery was breathtaking. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent
