The proprety was super clean. The staff always did their best to help me, I really appreciated it.

The location. Honestly, if you don't have a car, you'll have to pay a taxi to go basically anywhere. No shops, restaurants, direct access to a beach where you can swim around the hotel.

Ocean front location, overlooking the Taketomijima island. More than average facility and service. Children friendly atmosphere and facility.

The outdoor pool had a good atmosphere. However, the towels were not sufficient at the pool side. 6pm closing is too early when the sun sets at 7pm. Should consider to close at least at 8pm.

It’s a big property with 2 parts, regular hotel rooms and “villa”. The section is called villa and they do have villas but most are still hotels rooms, just bit newer and less crowded. Overall im ok with the experience, room is big, they have swimming pool both indoor and outdoor but I don’t recommend the indoor one cause too many people and smells bit. The biggest complaint I have is the bed, it’s the hardest bed I ever experienced. Location is ok if you rent a car, about 15 mins drive to downtown.

Great location, good breakfast (ice cream is available). Yakinniku restaurant next to the hotel (must be booked in advance). Pools (indoors and outdoors) and onsen are great for refreshing and washing yourself afrer a day of hiking or exploration. Rooms are big (compared to Tokyo standard) and comfy. Free coffee or juices (afternoon/evening), the mango juice is specially good.

Lots of vending machines but only one has Coke or Pepsi (in the rooftop). I got the last one but it wasn't resupplied 🙄.

The buffet breakfast was served hot and had a good variety of western and Asian dishes. Staff were attentive and helpful. The amenities and the condition of the facilities was above expectation (including free ice cream outside the public bath area!). The mattress was stiff but surprisingly comfortable.

It seems most services are not available from noon to 2pm, so we couldn’t grab lunch at the resort when we were waiting for transport to the airport. Given the size of the resort, it would be nice to have at least a small gym.

Large room with the bathroom like an onsen which was lovely. Staff were excellent and efficient, appreciated shuttle bus between the sites and to and from the airport. Having a tour desk on site was also great. Nice to have a few different pool options.

There is no beach to speak of, the outlook from the garden villas is of the port and very industrial. The ocean villa is probably a better option for outlook, restaurant choice and kids generally. There is lack of food options during the day and not a lot of choice nearby.

Great breakfast and good facilities. Nice view from the resort. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Indoor pool was great when it was raining. Outdoor pool somewhat small, but we did not experience many guests using it in late March. Plenty of space ar the sunbeds. Great facilities for babies. Babyfood, chairs in public bath etc. We also enjoyed the public bath. Highly recommended resort!

At checkin i was asked to pay some additional money for my 3 year old (1000 YPY / day), which there was NO mention on at booking. After some conversation and talk with a manager, they said i did not have to pay. Not really a problem, but just a bad start, after a long trip travelling with 2 kids.

Staff were very nice and cool. Room was very comfortable. Restaurants were fabulous. Pools and hotel area was very nice

There was no gym or way to exercise at the hotel. Luckily I am a member of anywhere fitness so I could drive to town and train. The pool table needs fixing or an upgrade. Very bad condition but it’s very popular with th guests. We all used it even the cure etc were broken.

Great facilities, there’s a wide range of options to entertain yourself while there (outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor public bath, karaoke room, restaurants etc). Rooms were also extremely large compared to Japanese standards (using Tokyo as a reference here) which made a difference during our stay.

Sadly airport shuttle times were very limiting - we landed at 7:40 at the staff said that the shuttle only ran until 7 pm, so had to self fund a cab. Also, outdoor pool opening times were extremely restrictive (it shut at 6 pm so impossible to enjoy the outdoor pool after that time). Finally, no shuttle service to the city center as we had read in some other reviews.

Good service all round from free shuttle service from airport to quick check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and well appointed. Balcony with ocean view Breakfast is a good buffet with asian & western options. Location is good - short walk towards Ishigaki town with a few bars and restaurants along the road. The hotel has a few restaurants and shop where you can buy drinks & snacks. Good for families - lots for children to do.

Small swimming pool & no gym During our stay, there was an earthquake / tsunami warning and the staff evacuated us all to the roof terrace - standard procedure. If the hotel could put the announcements in English & Japanese it would be most helpful.
