The junior suite bedroom was absolutely stunning, offering ample space and impeccable cleanliness. What impressed me the most was that the TV in the room had both Netflix and Disney channels available for guests, eliminating the need to log in with your own account. FIRST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN TO THAT HAS DONE THIS!!!!!! I must say, the receptionists were all incredible. I couldn't find a single fault with their service, they were truly outstanding. The heating system works in seconds The view was amazing from our room. Saima - F***ing amazing, she was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. Her respectfulness and outstanding customer service were truly remarkable. She had a down-to-earth personality, making it easy to have deep and meaningful conversations with her. Whether it was about our dreams, struggles, or simply life in general, she was always there to lend an empathetic ear. When our key card stopped working, she took the initiative to come to us instead of making us go to her for assistance. Her proactive nature and willingness to help made us feel valued and supported in every situation. Anna - She had an amazing attention to detail, even remembering our order the next day. Her friendliness and constant smile made the experience even more enjoyable. Rajmonda (cleaning lady) - She was an exceptional cleaner, both fast and friendly. If she has children, they should be proud of her hard work and dedication. Despite the language barrier, she made an effort to communicate with us. I was grateful for her attention to detail, as she even insisted on mopping my room despite my request not to haha thank you. Arjola - She had a great sense of humor and always managed to make us laugh, with a perpetual smile on her face, she brightened up our day. Her helpfulness knew no bounds, going above and beyond to assist us.

Dinner - One downside was that the items on the menu couldn't be customized, which limited options for those with varying preferences or dietary restrictions. For example, if guests from different backgrounds were visiting the hotel, it would have been great to have the flexibility to add items like cheeseburgers, battered lprawns, fish and chips, and more. I personally experienced the dryness of the chicken dish I ordered, and unfortunately, there was no gravy served with it, which further detracted from the overall dining experience.

The customer service of the staff was first class, welldone to Berim(airport transfer driver), restaurant staff, reception staff and bar staff, Saima, Dom, Kevin, Esther, Michaela, and other staff i didn't get their names. They made our birthday holiday enjoyable, and they exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean, well done to the cleaners and food is delicious, well-done to the chefs and the kitchen staff. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and town. And the sea views from the hotels are stunning.

Most things are written in the Albanian language, and we couldn't read or understand some of the instructions. It will be lovely to have both Albanian and English, so that we can understand

Yatch hotel was super! Our room was beautiful- we got a large suite which had a fantastic wrap around view. Everything was super modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and sweet- we even made friends with the staff at the restaurant and the beach club. The waitress loved our 1 year old and took her on a tour of the kitchen. The guys at the beach bar recommend places to eat with us and treated us like friends every time we came to lounge. The valet was always present and helpful with our car. The staff brought over fresh fruit a couple times, once upon our arrival. We unfortunately didn’t get to eat dinner at the hotel but we heard it was fantastic. Their daily breakfast (included with your stay) was delicious - especially their petula (Albanian donuts) - not to be missed!! Now to their beach - their sectioned off private beach area is just across the street, a minute walk from the hotel where you can enjoy their loungers. The beach was clean, calm, and perfect. We visited in their off season (late September) so it wasn’t too busy. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay again in a heartbeat. We loved it so much that we booked their sister hotel in Saranda (same name / architect, different owners) and while it has the same feel, it’s missing the amazing service and calm beach vibe we enjoyed in Vlorë. We can’t wait to return!

Everything. The view from the rooms is amazing. We went during the off-season, so it was nice and quiet. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I asked for some decorations for my wife's birthday, and they exceeded my expectations. The food at the hotel restaurant is nice and fresh. There is a supermarket on the ground floor which makes it very convenient. There is plenty of parking. We will be back.

The staff is wonderful - always ready with a smile, very friendy and accommodating. The rooms (including the dining room) have amazing views of the sea. A very nice breakfast that includes regional food as well. There is valet parking, so you don't have to worry about a parking spot. The hotel also has a driver that can accommodate you on short trips in to town or on longer exursions. There is a private beach with lounge chairs. Crystal clear water.

There is a well-traveled road directly in front of the hotel, so you constantly hear the cars - in the room and on the beach. Beaches are a very fine, hard-compacted sand with stones in it.

Apart from the incident on the last night the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The facility standards were good including the food and the suite

The heating was not working on our last night and my wife ended up catching sick from the cold, called staff on duty and there was no help provided

Our stay was fantastic. It was so good that after driving south to Saranda and spending the weekend there, I booked another stay at the Yacht Hotel Vlore just so we could experience it again before returning to Tirana. The location is stunning. The service is impeccable. The food was fantastic. Our room was perfect. I've stayed at a lot of top-tier hotels and "pound for pound" our stays at the Yacht Hotel Vlore will be remembered as best in class for a long time to come.

The only criticism I can give is that parking is limited. They have staff on hand to manage parking at the door of the hotel, and the hotel itself isn't large enough to need but so much parking. Pull up to the door and let their doorman deal with parking your car. Forget about it all and enjoy your stay. The beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options in walking distance.

Morden design, great location, walking distant to the center with restaurants and shops, comfortable bed and great room space, even including a little coffee machine which is very thoughtful. Very clean and tidy. No bad smells. Amazing view . Beach front just cross the street, very convenient. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. Everything was excellent.

Ne kete hotel ne gjetem nje ngrohtesi, miresjellje, dashuri e respekt qe nga recepsioni, punonjesit e sherbimit te dhomave, sherbimi i kamariereve ne naten e bukur te 14 shkurtit ne nje mjedis te shkelqyer festiv te gezueshem e gatime shume te mira. Me ngjezet ishin multillojshe ne ushqime e tradicione gatimesh me nje sherbim dinjitoz nga vajzat e mrekullueshme Ana, Markela si dhe Sajma ne recepsion. Gjithashtu stafi i sherbimit ne restorant me ne krye Kristin na lane me gojehapur. Edhe punonjeset e dhomave, punonjesit e sigurise silleshin me dinjitet. I themi keto fjale me gjithe zemer dhe gjithe sherbimet e hoteleve dhe restoranteve te Vlores e rivjeres shqiptare duhet te marrin shembull nga ky resort.

Hospitality, Very warm staff in the restaurant and reception, Amazing view from the rooms, Private beach with a great range of pizza selection and Valet Parking right in front of the hotel. Couldn't have asked for more. Special shout to reception to arrange airport taxi and boat trip on short notice. Thanks!
