Reservation - on bookings.com. Got a great deal. Chechi-in : smooth as butter. The Executive on the front desk, Mr.Ramy Abdou, was extremely helpful. The fact that they wear a smile when speaking with customers makes such a deep impression. Thank you Ramy. Room : Got a standard double room. Was super clean. Room was pretty decent sized and well appointed. There was no hot water in the taps. Had to call room service a couple of times to have it fixed. Only one Bath towel and room slippers was provided. Had to request for an extra pair. Breakfast: we were offered a complimentary breakfast, despite the reservation said we need to pay for the breakfast. Came as a pleasant surprise. The spread was really good, with a live counter. Excellent food. Summary : overall an excellent stay. Highly recommended. Will surely come back.

The hotel is well located, and I really enjoyed the place, there is a nice park with nice walking path close to the hotel. There is also fitness time gym just few steps from the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Nice lobby with Canton Coffee shop and that makes perfect coffee with really reasonable price. Room size is perfect, cleanness and nice smell is always there. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I really recommend it and I will be happy to stay there whenever I visit Buraidah. I did not try breakfast so I cannot tell how perfect it is.

Room service, everyday cleaning is slow and they even miss to clean although the sign is on the door outside. There are two pillows, one is big and cannot hold to sleep and the small one is hard, both are really not good for a good night sleep. I strongly advise hotel to change them

if you want a very clean and well equipped room with a great location that is high valued you should really consider this hotel. its very quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. also theres a park near by which makes it more warming.

the breakfast is to be ordered a day prior, and its not the that fresh, I recommend getting breakfast from the local shops which are close by.

Professional dedication to serve at the class and cost advertised

The bed, i found out too late they had softer pillows, something Kuwaiti travelers demand a lot from them, they said! I did not like the shower gel and the lack of a metal teaspoon.

Although it was Ramadan, the staff provided us breakfast in the room. It was not a buffet, but better than nothing. The hotel send us a message indicating how to get to the right address, as there's an error on Google Maps.

Couldn't find the hotel with Google Maps, it sends you somewhere else, far away. Take care.

The property was beautiful and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Everything was clean. After a problem with Booking.com, the staff solved it gave us a discount and gave us a beautiful room that we needed as well as breakfast.

Nothing was wrong with the property

It is an amazing hotel really they are good welcoming and housing, friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing too and clean.

Unfortunately, bath towels colour is not clear weight and it needs to replace as it give me an impression it is not clean also i think they forgot to fill in the coffee corner with tea spoon.

The location of the hotel on booking.com is. It correct it takes you to the other side of the city I was lost in town trying to go to the hotel and the hotel was answering the phone I sent them a message in contact property on booking.com also no reply

Relatively higher priced for the similar in the market in this category of hotel. - I recommend to revise the prising to be be lower.
