I have the most flattering reviews of Nanu Resort Arambol. This hotel has exceeded all expectations, being in no way inferior to other five-star hotels these days. There is a lot of cleanliness here. But separately to disable the staff working here. In addition to the fact that these teams are responsible professionals, they are also extremely hospitable, smiling, charming and cheerful guys who help us in everything. Special mention to Dominic! This guy always somehow miraculously turned out to be there at the right time and helped us. On the last day of my stay here, I was also given a very nice gift. It was very nice. The time spent here was unforgettable for my whole family! Thanks a lot!

The roof swimming pool and sunbathing area is fabulous…incredible views, we just loved it. The restaurant meals were delicious and staff so friendly and helpful…we had such a brilliant stay and great value for money too!

Liked everything! I’d have liked to be able to sit out on the room balcony or maybe a downstairs outdoor area for having drinks.

I loved my stay here - it's a truly unique and very stylish hotel, that works great for Western people. Breakfast is amazing! The staff is so supportive and accommodating that I can't thank them enough! It's located within a very short drive from a quiet and clean beach - which is not easy to find in GOA

The Internet is strong enough for video calls only in the lobby. It's very weak in a room.

Location but it's only 20 mins walk to mandrem and they also do a shuttle to beach but no direct access to a beach walking however for me that was a small thing as the room and hotel was so comfortable

Better selection of fruit, muesli, granola for breakfast would have been nice. Also maybe some yoghurt at breakfast. Some noisy guests on same floor but staff were helpful in requesting them to reduce noise.

The parking could get a little better with one staff permanently stationed in the under ground parking. It was the guy who had to run down always

The property was extremely clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I had a moped accident and not only did they take me to the doctors but stayed and translated for me. Staff, food and cleanliness, for me, make a stay for me and this place ticked all the boxes

If I’m being really critical it could have been closer to the beach but this meant it was more tranquil

The overall experience was good. Few hiccups in the service such as disruption in network + wifi. Food was good. Connectivity is good.

Amazing friendly staff - special thanks to the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff including Ugeeta, Krishnan (sorry have forgotten the name of the other housekeeping staff member) and Dominic. Rooms impeccably clean. Food delicious. Very comfy beds and excellent shower.

Better coffee such as Expresso machine at breakfast. Few more sun loungers round the pool. In general the hotel was quiet but there were some noisy guests which the manager tried to sort out.

Really standing to their expectations, the rooms are clean wich I appreciate alot. The beds and bathroom was very good. I loved my stay here. The personal was very friendly and helpful with as much as they could. The breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel and I would return here without a problem.

One only thing is that it was a little away from the beach, for us it wasn't a problem couse we had a scooter but if you going by foot it may be a little to far away. One more thing I couldn't find English tv-chanel but I found a Korean one with alot of kdramas wich I enjoyed :P
