When we complained about traffic noise after our second night offering to upgrade to quieter apartment we were offered a free apartment on the West side at no extra cost . Make sure that you have an apartment that is on the West side views from these are also fantastic particularly at Sunset. The roof top terraces which are available to all guests also have stunning all round views. Secure parking available 50 meters away. Located along side an very good restaurant.

Although this property is located on a very narrow road which should not have much traffic the road is used as a short cut and the noise particularly from the scooters and motor bikes will disturb you unless you are a heavy sleeper. Bedrooms that overlook the road are the worst.

Antonino was very communicative before our stay and shared all the useful info we needed. The apartment was great - spacious and confortable for a family of four, with multiple terraces to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. The apartments are right next door to a lovely agriturismo (https://www.ilcasaleantico.com/) where we ate the best dinner of our stay in the region in a stunning setting (and could also have eaten breakfast for €8 pp). The pool (Piscina La Lisca) was just across the road but unfortunately not yet open for the season. The minimarket was 5-10 mins walk away and had everything you might need for a simple dinner or picnic. We would definitley recommend L'Incanto.

We were woken at 3am by the cockerel's crowing, which promptly set off all the local dogs barking. So despite the lovely setting, it wasn't a great night's sleep. Bring ear plugs! Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn't open on 31 May despite the heat - though it looked like they were setting uip for the season so I think it would have only been a matter of days (and it looked lovely!)...

It was pretty easy to get there. I recommend to avoid traveling to the peninsula from Naples on Friday evening because there is enormous traffic. It was worth though because the view was incredible. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Parking is not directly on the property so you need to walk a few minutes.

Location was perfect for visiting both Sorrento and Positano. Host was attentive through What’s App; we never met him in person. Complimentary laundry was great - although know that it’s wash only. clothes are returned wet with clothespins for you to hang and air dry yourselves.

The view was beautiful , very comfy bed, it was nice sitting out on balcony in the evening, very clean apartment.

Transfer into Sorrento was expensive, buses were not very frequent , and if they came they were full, you would have to wait another 30 minutes for the next one.

Balcony views are gorgeous and the apartment was clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a convenience store and a great restaurant (Quercus lunch bar) very close by. There is also a bus stop in that area that you can use to travel to the different towns around the coast (Positano, Amalfi, ect.).

Was a little far from downtown Sorrento and the beach. Not an issue, just have transportation plans in advance such as a phone number for a taxi (which the staff can help provide).

The apartment is super clean, spacious, comfortable. The view from terrace is perfect. The location is perfect: You can go Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri by public transport. It would be nice if you learn how busses work in the region. (Check SITA bus routes & schedules.) The host is very welcoming, kind person. He shared a lot of information about how to access to cities around and shared some tips about the peninsula.

This is amazing place with unique terrace, u enjoy your food while seeing this view. Sea, city and etc. Antonio is very polite, and we came by car. So also there is private parking which is very convenient.

Location is excellent and ideal to visit the coast. Very close to positano and sorrento. 1h from amalfi. We had access to the common terrasse with a very nice view Very nice view Nearby restaurant and pool Helpful staff. Quick responses on whatsapp

The pool is not part of the property (wasn't mentioned on booking) it's close but with an additional extra cost to be planned for half day or full day The room we had wasn't the best as there isn't much light that goes in and no direct access to the terrasse with a view(we had access to it but it's in the other part of the residence ) but we booked relatively late. Other rooms are available when probably booking earlier
