The hotel is right next to a huge outdoor pool and thermal bath, which we really enjoyed using. There was a mix-up with the room, as I’d booked a superior double room with pool view, and the only rooms available were a superior room with street view or a smaller room with pool view. We chose the small room and the hotel receptionist gave us free access to the pools as compensation. We were happy with that. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young guy who spoke excellent English.

Breakfast was adequate, but limited choice.

I liked the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk offered me a ride to the train station, but it didn't go well because of some extra arrangements I made, while the lady served me breakfast before I left the city because I missed the breakfast time. Also, the young lady at the reception offered me a Coca Cola as for free when I asked to buy it. They were so nice.

The room was not that clean. The bed sheet had some stain, which I though was blood or something. I felt a bit uncomfortable and had to use my shawl to sleep on it. Also, the cleaning lady didn't wipe the floor very well, which left some hair and food on it.

Our parents stayed at this hotel. Since it is located in downtown Komárom, it was very convenient for accommodation, with cafés, shopping malls, and other places nearby. The staff who explained the check-in process were also very kind. The breakfast was just to our taste and was really delicious.

There was nothing I did not like

Very nice location, clean room. Wifi was good and the owner aloud me to sit a little longer after check out in de breakfast room to work and use the wifi, thank you! Breakfast was very nice, even when we were the only guests at the moment - a freshly made omelette :) On the corner next to this hotel was a nice place to eat with a friendly owner who spoke 3 languages! The thermal pool / swimming pool is a good place to go for relaxing.

The great thing was that the hotel is right next to the thermal pools.

The accommodation was fine except for the squeaky bed. I was surprised by the breakfasts. The hot buffet was cold and no one replenished the missing assortment. So arriving later meant having next to nothing to eat.

You have to pay extra to side the pool

No bar available in the hotel. Breakfast was poor and late with no coffee before 8 am. Rooms are not cleaned.
