Very good, though I missed my Breakfast for 2 days. I was having nice time drinking Maluti Premier Draught. And also having fun in the Casino.

The overall stay was excellent, rooms, friendly staff, professional and very helpful. The highlight of the stay was the SPA. The Therapists were amazing.

The service and food at the dinner restaurant downstairs by the Casino on our first night was terrible. We have decided to eat out the rest of our stay, unfortunately that was the Hotel's loss due to their bad service. However, the Breakfast service and food was excellent. The pool was under construction, and we were not informed prior to our arrival.

The property is well situated and the staff was good

They do not allow your drinks including cold drinks and water. Coming back from excursions you’re forced to love everything in car food and drinks. Their drinks are double expensive. I extended my stay for one day and I was charged far more per day and I had to pay extra for my grand son and he was not included for breakfast. These were the low lights for the trip

I travel to Lesotho a lot for work, and Avani Lesotho is the best there is. Its an oasis of comfort. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are good. I like the pool, the well-equipped gym and the spa. Wifi is faultless and I can get a well-made flat white coffee every morning.

As a vegetarian, I would like a wider range of vegetarian food on the menu

This time around the swimming pool was open, we enjoyed the cleanliness and how huge the pool is. Buffet breakfast, and the room service food was also delicious. Pizza is amazing

They forgot to clean our room, we had to request / remind them to, and this was around 14:00 when we spent the entire morning out. But after that, everything else was great.

Room was great, clean. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner options as well. WiFi everywhere was awesome as I did not have a Lesotho sim card.

Chose this hotel because there was a gym. But there was so many other people, not hotel residents that it was basically unusable. The pool was empty but I know they were busy with maintenance which is understandable.

It’s a great location with all necessary facilities. Great pool and gym with very good equipment. The food is amazing and varied. And I’ve never seen such hospitality and kindness, from the reception to the restaurant and spa, just lovely people who make you feel at home away from home. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean at all times. The refreshments were replenished on daily basis. The food was superb.

Toiletry was not provided in my room (room 415) on 20th and 24th February 2024. I had to call the reception who in turn called the housekeepers to assist me.

It's the best hotel in lesotho, good facilities with gym, swimming pool which I spent my Sunday after a long business meetings. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room aircon is old and a bit noisy, daily breakfast spread can be better, consider me as Asian I don't see any rice or noodle available

Very clean and nice hotel with casino. It is located on hilltop, so great views but need taxi to get there and everywhere from there. Pool was closed but large fitness room. They prepared a prepacked breakfast for us as we had an early excursion.

Only 2 elevators for 5 floors and 1 wasn't working..Tiny balcony in our room with door difficult to open....and bathroom door difficult to close.
