Our recent beach holiday was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location truly couldn't be better, directly fronting a stunning stretch of crystal-clear ocean and a pristine white sandy beach. We were treated to the most breathtaking sunsets every evening. While the staff spoke limited English, it was never an issue; they were incredibly warm and accommodating. Fabio, in particular, was always exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Our room was serviced daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay throughout. It was genuinely a dream beach getaway for us. Just a heads-up, you'll definitely want a car to explore the surrounding area.

We tried repeatedly to contact the hotel through Booking.com, sending messages and emails to inquire about an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, we received no response at all, which left us feeling a little anxious about our transfer arrangements. The breakfast was a bit average for our liking, consisting mostly of cold options.

Diamante is a sleepy (at least in September) little village and the hotel reflects this quiet and peaceful vibe. Location is great, with a small private beach and brown/volcanic, velvety sand, ideal for long walks as the sun sets on the most beautiful expanse of sea. It might benefit from a little spruce (i.e. loos in the breakfast room/light switch in the room) and the rather expensive taxis seem to be the only way of transport but the friendly, gentle and helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble (special nod to Fabio who would attend to whatever we asked and did it with an engaging smile), more than make up for it. Fabulous idea to have little foot showers that rinse sand off feet before going into the building.

Lack of transport, some renovating - nothing major. Good value for money

Diamante was my favorite place in all of Italy — it’s incredibly beautiful, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like it before. We were originally supposed to stay at Hotel Poseidon, but since it was closed for renovations, someone from Hotel Ferretti kindly came to pick us up and took us there instead. And honestly… it was perfect. Hotel Ferretti is so beautiful — the décor is elegant and full of character, the staff were kind, attentive, and always helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was my favorite place to stay during the whole trip, and Diamante now holds a very special place in my heart. I truly hope to come back one day.

Hotel was positioned close to beach and was very relaxing and quiet with sea views , even though road is close by it didn’t disturb us at all. We tried a couple of local eateries within walking distance and both were very good . Pizza in one was excellent . Staff in hotel were very professional and attentive and friendly . Excellent service ! Room was spacious clean and modern and very good breakfast. For a relaxing holiday this place is perfect location and we would return.

Nothing really we would have liked more fresh fruit for breakfast .

Hotel Poseidon was the most beautiful sea front hotel we have ever stayed in. Hearing the waves crash from our room was amazing. Being steps from the beach was perfect!

The location is somewhat distant from other facilities in the town.

GREAT LOCATION ON A PRIVATE BEACH. THE FACILITIES WERE BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED, AND THE STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE.

IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET TO AS WE WERE DRIVING. STILL, IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE.

The setting was beautiful as was the private beach.
