This place is a little gem. I would rate it exceptional, but that would further distort Booking.Com's already broken review system. You can really only use "exceptional" for stunning world class hotels, but that's another issue. But this hotel is really, really lovely, in a very understated way. It's perfectly maintained, perfectly clean, and is stylish. The staff and owners are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good value for money. Swimming pool was spotless. It's one of those rare hotels where the combination of factors combine to make the whole much greater than the sum of the parts. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk into town, but you can walk along the Rhone if you slip out the back and walk to the embankment. It's quiet. What's not to like? Well, finding it was tricky - the car park is in a dead end street with key code access, and there's absolutely no signage at the rear to indicate you are actually in the right place. Do some Google street view research - Google is correct. The hotel is signed at the front, but it is slightly tricky. Very highly recommended!

Motorbike parking was exceptional and I felt sure I would see my bike in the morning, very secure. Pool was excellent after a hard days ride. The receptionist didnt speak English but was very helpful and attentitive. Rooms were big and very clean and comfortable.

There were no complementary facilities in the room such as a coffee machine etc. The toiletries supplied could have been better especially as it was an expensive stay.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel to stay at in Tournon. I last stayed here 6 years ago and it is still very good. - Comfortable beds - lovely shower - Good secure private parking - Friendly staff - A pleasant 10 minute walk to Tain or Tournon, use the side streets which are quieter than the main road.

Very helpful receptionist: we wanted to watch Euro 24 and she put television on in the bar for us. The rooms are compact but well arranged and comfortable. Most are on the ground floor, which was convenient for us with a lot of luggage. There’s a small pool and secure parking.very good breakfast.

The pool area is a really a fenced off area of the car park, so not especially attractive.

It was clean, fresh and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere. The car parking was secure & well arranged for easy access both to the hotel and the street. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom excellent and very peaceful.

Very helpful staff who spoke very good English and were extremely polite. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, good sized and the beds were comfy. The shower worked well and the bathroom had a recently refurbished look to it. I will be returning to Tournon Sur Rhone in the near future and will definitely stay here again. oh and the onsite carpark was safe and secure!

If you are prepared to walk for 15 minutes to the town centre, it is the best choice. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception. The room was with no frills but very comfortable. We had a peaceful night sleep. The breakfast was very good, and secured parking was a bonus.

Excellent spacious and spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed and quiet hotel despite being full ensured a goodnight sleep. Pool was an added bonus after long drive. Staff friendly and attentive ensuring efficient checkin and checkout. Good on site parking. Our second stay at hotel and did not disappoint.

Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the twin towns Tournon Sur Rhone and Tain L'Hermitage. The rooms and ensuite are a good size, modern and very clean. There is onsite secure parking and a good selection buffet breakfast if required.

There are no onsite restaurant facilities and the rooms would benefit from having tea/coffee facilities. Showers are above the bath making stepping in/out more difficult.

Hotel was in a central location and there were lots of restaurants in the old town. Hotel was good for a stop over - didn’t have time to use the nice swimming pool unfortunately. Bedrooms appeared to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Secure parking was good.
