Wonderful fresh breakfast and super close to all restaurants down the road in town.

Facility manager Ann was wonderful and helpful as to things we must do and visit and taste.

Cinnamon Guest House is in a great location tucked away in the centre of Wilderness within easy walking distance to local restaurants & pub. The garden is secluded with a small swimming pool where you can sit out and watch the birds. We saw our first Knysna Lourie birds which come down for their morning bananas left out by the staff. Absolutely brilliant. All the staff made us feel so welcome and we were very well looked after. Lovely breakfast looking out watching the birds in the garden. Our room was great with a really comfortable bed, a balcony and a small fridge with fresh milk & complimentary bottled water restocked each day. There is a complimentary drink on arrival and an honesty bar if you fancy a drink before you head out for the evening or a nightcap when you return. Had a great stay, will definitely look to come back when we next visit the area. Big thank you to all the staff.

Nothing not to like.

Ann, who manages her team, ensures the best possible experience for her guests. They are all friendly and the hotel is incredibly clean with lovely rooms. The pool area is relaxing and towels are provided for the beach. It is in close proximity to a number of good eating places and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Service at breakfast is quick with a good variety of options. The best place we have stayed while in South Africa. Thank you.

Calm and very relaxing atmosphere. Withdrawn from the main street in a residential area, also very quiet. Still easy short (few minutes) walk to restaurants and beach, it seems and feels safe, also after dark. Garden like a small oasis. Extraordinary spacious rooms and bath rooms. Comfortable large beds. We noticed also with appreciation small extras here and there like a bottle of real fresh milk in the fridge for the coffee. Don't think I ever saw that in a hotel before. Staff was really nice and helpful and the owner gave her personal touch to the place. Geographically centrally placed on the garden route the place could work excellent as your comfortable and relaxing base for exploring the many sights and places in a like 100 km radius around instead of moving yourself and your stuff from hotel to hotel every night. We would really like would like to come back one day.

Ted and Ntombi as well as the chef were wonderful. They catered to our every need. I was hoping to see the ocean, sadly couldn't. However it is a 5 minute walk from the b&b. Towels need changing as they are washed out. Should have a few more sweet options on the breakfast menu eg French toast and scones. You must eat at Girls on the Square, Pomodoro's seafood pizza is delectable and Ilali serves delicious food too.

The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was very attentive and could not do enough for you and always had a lovely smile for you. Breakfasts were really good. We had a huge room with large bathroom. Very conveniently located in Wilderness, near the beach (no views of it) and good restaurants within walking distance.

One very minor thing, dining chairs very heavy and noisy when being pulled out to sit on. Nice light African style chairs would fit in well with the decor. Some updates will be taking place shortly - this might be one to consider.

This was one of our best stays we ever had. The entire team was committed and dedicated to their guest. One feel so happy and treated as valuable guest who is more than welcome. Thus, I can highly recommend this lovely guesthouse with a private atomosphere. The money you will spend is absolutely justisfied. We will definitely try to come back.

A lovely small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It’s located close to the Wilderness beach. The Guesthouse offers free on-premise parking. We received excellent service from Dombi who served us at reception and at breakfast. She offered great advice on things we could do in Wilderness, including the Saturday market at Sedgefield which is an excellent one to visit.

Beautiful Guesthouse set walking distance from the restaurants and the beach with lovely garden setting by the pool. Staff went over and beyond to accomodate you and were great conversation! Especially Ann and Ted! We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite and it was very spacious and clean and made our stay fantastic for a couple of days. Breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold options.

The location is very convenient as close to the Wilderness centre. (From Wilderness itself you can access hikes, beaches and places like Knysna with a car. ) Despite it's proximity Cinamon Boutique was very quiet and peaceful and is surrounded by greenery. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
