Everything about my stay was excellent, with no major concerns. The only minor issue was that the chilies in the garden sprout salad were a bit too spicy for my taste. 🤪🤪😝😝 Other than that, it was a fantastic experience..!!

a few rooms require maintenance.

Most Important thing was they adgusted our travel date which we had to change due to flight cancelation. They were really easy going and accommodating. The whole team even the doorman was nice and freindly.the breakfast was abundant.

Everything was excellent and the hospitality we received from the Manager and the restaurant people were mind blowing. Even the room cleaning people were great. Each and every member made us feel at home 💗

Breakfast, room service location. Value for money.

Nothing specific but it is a little bit old property issue is stemming from lack of maintainance. E.g. power sockets not functioning. Bed was old so not balanced equally.

It’s Brand ITC and has its signature. The property has all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Very near to airport and easy to reach after a tiring flight.

None whatsoever, however compared to other ITC fortune properties, lacked a degree In grandiosity. But comfortable nonetheless.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good service. Although the rooms are small and expensive but they are hygienic and maintained. Breakfast is also great here. Overall, its was a nice stay for me and my family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and provided us with a good breakfast.

Just outside the hotel there is a taxi rank with a rather aggressive tout who made my sons feel quite anxious.

We waited more than 1 hour to get our room, later we were allocate a downgrade room after 1 hour of waiting. Front desk need little improvement on customer management
