Everything about my stay was excellent, with no major concerns. The only minor issue was that the chilies in the garden sprout salad were a bit too spicy for my taste. 🤪🤪😝😝 Other than that, it was a fantastic experience..!!

It’s Brand ITC and has its signature. The property has all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Very near to airport and easy to reach after a tiring flight.

None whatsoever, however compared to other ITC fortune properties, lacked a degree In grandiosity. But comfortable nonetheless.

Great experience all together! Go ahead with choosing this property! If I have to be the critic from Ratatouille I'd suggest better rain heads in the washrooms along with better exhaust facilities

There is a plug point right next to the beds which is connected to the light, so if at night you wanna charge your phone the light will remain on! Someone call the electrician department here !

Great location. Friendly staff. Good service. Although the rooms are small and expensive but they are hygienic and maintained. Breakfast is also great here. Overall, its was a nice stay for me and my family.

the staff chases us for room cards as if it is the biggest treasure. they charge us if the card is left bahind in room or temporarily misplaced. also one girl at the reception was extremely rude and slams the phone in between conversations. other wise good

Greeting from C Ravisubramanyam Chennai. Enjoyed your Masala dosa and crispy Vada lot . The staff at food court is so nice and friendly .specially Mr Santhosh Sethi behavior made us feel like a home. Being a south Indian we always prefer filter coffee which needs miner improvement.

Inside hotel is so nice but need to improve approaching road from main road with more lighting and trees. if possible arch at beginning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and provided us with a good breakfast.

Just outside the hotel there is a taxi rank with a rather aggressive tout who made my sons feel quite anxious.

We waited more than 1 hour to get our room, later we were allocate a downgrade room after 1 hour of waiting. Front desk need little improvement on customer management
