The ambience of the hotel is striking, and so are the bar and outside area. The view too is splendid from the terrace.

The hotel needs a renovation soon, as it's clearly been a while and age hasn't been kind to it. The room's bathrooms are particularly small and the bathroom door for example wasn't functional at all.

I was expecting, from reviews, to ha rude people working here, and bad WIFI. Definitely not the case with the employees. Everyone was kind and at times exceptional. Very attentive, actually addressing me very formally. The place itself is really nice. Lots of locals come here to hang out in the lounge. Our room overlooked the backyard garden. The lounge overlooks the lake. Bathrooms are made completely of glass. At least ours were. We’re they small? Yes, but clean, working, hot water, etc. The decor to this place is great. The garden is great, the views are great. And Katie the dog is great. The WIFI could be a bit better, but it worked. They had it, and we were able to take care of our needs. Management did have me pay them directly, the next morning, even after paying online. They said the internet was down, so they had to cancel my stay, with the site. I’ll find out about this. If I paid twice, I’ll get refunded. I just had them print me a receipt. Overall. I’d recommend this place.I would love to go back someday and spend more time here. They have some very interesting historic things not far from them. The place was nice , and we will miss Katie.

Very cool hotel with big bar and very nice atmosphere. It has beatiful view to the Van lake. Nice garden. I definitely recommend.

Unstable wifi. Breakfast was from 10:00 am. It´s really too late. So we had to leave without breakfast.

it was a great experience in all aspects. would definitely recommend it to friends.
