The staff was friendly. There were a lot of different services like restaurants in the hotel. We went once to the restaurant at the hotel and the staff was very accommodating to our kids. There is also a playarea on the same floor as the restaurant/breakfast area. The gym was well equipped. Spa itself was okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed it. The sauna section was nice and there were fewer kids there

Breakfast only started at 8:00 which is a bit late for some families like us. Would have been nice to have it start 7:00 or at least 7:30. Breakfast quality was pretty average. Water pressure in the rooms was quite low. There was no possibility to open windows for ventilation, only the balcony door, but we wanted to keep it shut because we had two small kids with us

Everything was clean and understandable. Waterpark is quit big and adults have many things to do. Breakfast was good, like standard set in hotels like this.

In waterpark there is only one pool for kids in age 4-7. But the most disappointing thing was dinner buffet. We went 30 min till closing and the food was dried up. There was pasta who looked like from yesterday. Price vs. performance was out of balance. And no one from stall told us options that there is restaurant in hotel which offer a la carte menu and that 100 m away from hotel on the beach side is caffès which offers good food.

Kids were very happy with this place and for me this is most important. Water attractions are not so big, but it is enough for 2 hours visit. 6 year old daughter were able to use all water slides and 1.5 year old son was also satisfied with warm swimming pool, waterfalls and jacuzzi. Rooms had a wonderful view on the sea. We liked a Restaurant on 2-nd floor. Very tasty and not so expensive. Again, kids menu makes a deal.

Unfortunately saunas were in separate area for additional fee. Breakfast was ok. Impressed with availability of ice cream, but selection of food was not so big. Rooms need some refreshment. Balcony was not clean.

We liked a view fron our room, and location, next to see.

We enjoyed staying at this place, Sauna paradiis and waterpatk was amazing. And breakfast was excelent. Only thing was mising was a information about New Years eve, we was looking for information where and what we can do, would be nice if there was in a roome or at reception more info, also about Yout buffet dinner, we found this information only in the evening and than was to late to book one. Maybe is possible to make some info paper in the room, where guests can read about Spa zone options (massages etc.) and also about lunch and dinner options.

Cozy rooms and a fantastic view if you have a seaview room with a balcony. Great location right next to the beach. The Purpur restaurant was excellent. Delicious porridge at breakfast (the breakfast was otherwise pretty basic but the kids loved it.) The water park is great fun for all ages.

Staff may appear slightly rude at times, but it’s more of a cultural thing and not to be taken personally. The pillows were a bit hard, but a big plus for a large bed. Floor was quite dusty under the bed.

Our room was amazing when traveling with baby, who has used to sleep in a separate room. This room had a retractable door between the living room and bedroom, that way nicely diving it. Baby's crib was also nice - wooden one, not the typical travel ones. I was surprised to see sauna in our room, cause it wasnt even in room pictures ( I dont understand why they dont add it though ). Waterpark was nice, with baby 1 year old of course there is not much to do, just to mostly use 1 children pool (which is suuper warm, we enjoyed it ) but it was enough for us. There is children playroom on 2nd floor, also bowling, outside mini golf and sea next to the hotel, a but further park with playground, so enough places to spend time with babies too. Its nice that there is also small shop on site, which we thought is more about water park items, but no, there were also snacks available. We enjoyed our stay. Room was very modern and if we would go again, we would choose again the same room type.

Balcony needs a realllllyyyy good clean. Maybe they do some tiny clean up, but you can see the dirt has been built up with a time so it need a good scrub. Cleaning lady asked us if we need a room cleaning (we stayed 2 nights), to which we answered YES, but it wasnt cleaned. Air Conditioner made quite a noise, but we somehow fixed it, puting on specific fan speed. Children playground also needs a good cleaning, because it was visible that play items were dirty, maybe they swipe the dust, but it needs a good desinfection and scrub.

Location was very good, close proximity to the beach and only 20 mins walk from the Bus station / shopping centre etc. Rooms were clean and tidy with balconies. Water park and spa were excellent, lots of variety and kids were well entertained for Hours. On site bowling was a nice extra. Massage service for the adults and kids was well Priced and enjoyable

Only minor complaint was the breakfast. Choice was good but quality was average.

Waterpark reception staff could be more polite and tell spontanicly how water/aqua park / sauna world works and could ask if need activate saunaworld if you are Tervise paradisen hotel customer, please. In aqua park everything goes smoothly and with excellent customer service; I got good service how to activate my saunaworld in the aquapark, I did not got this service when I came in to the aquapark. Hotel reseption staff was so lovely and friendly.

Breakfast was great. One of the best breakfasts we've had in such offers while staying in SPA Hotels. Room was clean, with water, coffee and mini-bar. TV even had a sports channel in it. (Thanks for that) Staff was amazing. Location is great. You have plenty of options to visit (bar, restaraunt, shopping centre) within 3-4kms around the hotel.

The only complain is that in the SPA center, in the main Aqua-Zone where all the aqua-park is it was a bit too cold. We felt like couple degrees added in the center would be great since it was pretty cold. But If you visit Sauna-Room then you get warm pretty fast.

Everything was perfect, clean, nice room with balcony next to Baltic Sea. Aquapark of course was the main reason we came here, but we really enjoyed time in this hotel, pools, sauna, aquapark, bowling.. Definitely coming back in summer, so could also enjoy the beach. And beautiful breakfast, choice for everyone, and of course everyone loved that there was also ice-cream option (white, chocolate) on breakfast table 😃
