Loved the building itself and the way it was designed; also the breakfast was delicious! Very friendly staff yesterday night and this morning when we did the checkout!

When we arrived, the guy who welcomed us didn’t do a proper check in - it was rushed and quickly took us to the room and left, without giving us any useful info for our stay. That was not professional at all or that pleasant. Also, if you have big luggage, please keep in mind there’s no elevator - so good luck!

Our stay was wonderful!! We had the best time at Villa Ammende in December. The hotel was very beautiful and impeccably decorated for Christmas (felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!), the restaurant was fabulous and the food was exquisite. We had a grand tour of the entire villa by Stifen and learned so much! The rich history of this hotel was amazing! The personnel of the hotel were amazing and their attention to detail was magnificent. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Parnu!

Charming old manor style hotel, but not a five star quality. Quiet, clean, air conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds and linen. The choice of different type of pillows was a bonus. Location near old town. Spacious and monitored parking for the cars. Excellent breakfast. Still cosy and comfortable place to stay if you don't expect much. Propably 3 stars is enough.

Not a five star hotel. The staff lacks basic manners (like saying "thank you, have a nice day etc.).. The dirty shower curtain in the bathroom and broken tiles on the floor, not 5 star quality. The shower in the bathroom was broken. There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom either which means mold. Propably 3 stars is enough.

I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Hands down the best hotel I personally have ever stayed in period. The location is perfect, it’s close to everything whilst being comfortably secluded. The accommodation itself is so architecturally stunning, internally decorated with the qualifying character and charm, scattered with literal art. The staff are extremely clued up and knowledgeable, professional but without that sense of procedural script reeling, they have personality and character. I guess the best way to sum up my experience here is that I was treated as a guest in their home, as a pose to a customer renting a room for the night.

The bed was big and comfortable with a single and very comfortable duvet (usually two on a double bed in Scandie countries which I hate). The staff (Karl & Lilian) were exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, and functional. The building is a unique hotel and a former family villa. The villa is located in Ranna Park surrounded by parkland yet an easy walk to the town centre and the beach. The house is beautifully renovated with lovely decor.

We were on the top floor but there is no elevator. Karl and their intern very kindly carried our heavy luggage to and from our room so for us the lack of an elevator was less of an issue. There were some local yobbos racing their loud dirt bikes around the streets but that happens in many towns and cities. In summary, would we stay here again when next in Parnu? Definitely.

Beautiful garden, charming building, great customer service for the most part, fabulous warm food selection at breakfast, very good main and dessert at the restaurant

It is showing some signs of wear. For example we had a metal sign with the wifi password on it in our room, but the letters were mostly faded out so we couldn’t actually read the password off of it. Customer service staff was excellent, though restaurant staff was so-so. We came for a concert and dinner combo and they wanted to seat us some place with 0 view of the concert, and they claimed it would “mess up their system” if they sat us elsewhere (plenty of suitable tables were open). We had to really press them to get decent seating. Signage at the breakfast table was very lacking. For example the dessert was labeled “something sweet”. Ok, but does it contain lactose?

I like the interior decor of the dining room and the spacious room. The bed waa comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Breakfast was served at the table, which was my first time ever at any hotel.

Unfortunately the charging station for electrical cars was broken for some time.

Location: on the edge of a park, conveniently located between the beaches and the town center Parking: on-site Spacious: public rooms and bedrooms. Outdoor Space: advantageous during the warmer months.

Dated: property is mansion type, with older decor and fittings to match. Whether you like this style is a matter of personal taste. Window: in upper bedroom was above eye height therefore less light and cannot look out of the room

1) Good location for walking 2) Very interesting breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes and so on as restaurant positions from menu, very beautiful plates, dishes. Tasty cake! 3) Attention to details: cookies in the room, you can fill guest form in the room. 4) Very friendly service and I really like your style, especially plain dresses! 5) Very cozy bathroom: warm floor, bath. 6) I would say it's a really good place for weekend or for holiday because villa is very atmosphere.

1) Not a disadvantage but guests should understand that it's not a new building with great sound isolation. So if you are lucky you have a quiet neighbours.

The breakfast was excellent, with good variety. The room was charming, we liked the historical style. Dinner at restaurant Mekk was tasty and the cocktails superb. The staff was helpful and polite.

The water system in the bathroom (the different knobs for hot and cold water) took a bit to get used to.
