We liked that all of our rooms were next to each other. Rooms were nice and clean. Good size spa, didn’t feel like there was too many people.

Breakfast selection could be better. No iron in the room and some extra towels to take to the spa would be nice!

Excellent location, comfortable beds, pool area quite small but with interesting saunas (which were very nice on one of the many rainy and windy days).

One of the two hotel rooms wasn’t cleaned when we got there, but we got another one right away, which unfortunately was quite far away. Breakfast poor regarding dietary restrictions, especially vegan options (only vegan milk - no yoghurt or cheese), the gluten free section included some slices of dry bread, digestive cookies and chocolate and corn cereal. The worst thing was the tiny parking lot, which you paid for, but rarely got a spot on, forcing you to pay extra money for parking on the street.

A big respect to the owners in bringing the Soviet building into a nice SPA hotel. I stayed with my family for a long weekend and we all liked the place. The family room (two double rooms with the internal door between) was really great - modern, clean and soundproof. It was so nice that the kids were sleeping in a separate room, but still in the same access area with us. SPA area with swimming pool and saunas is big enough to entertain both adults and kids for 3 hours. Pärnu centre is in a walking distance, so the location is also good.

In the morning pool smells very nice. Breakfast is very good.

In the evening pool starts to have a chlorine smell. Pool smell is not due to chlorine, but to chloramines, chemical compounds that can form in pool water. Chloramines result from the combination of chlorine disinfectants and the perspiration, cosmetics, and urine that enter pools on the bodies of swimmers. The control of people should be maintained - to wash before the swimming pool. More toilets.

The room had a balcony, a stocked fridge, an office table/chair, some soft chairs and a hairdryer. The bed, although seemed uncomfortable at first, turned out to be very good. The bathroom stylish and quite functional. The steam sauna was excellent. The large jaccusi, pool and other saunas were good too.

The room vas very far away from the spa and wellness centre. Both of the robes in the room were of the size L, while one could be bigger when the room is meant for a couple. The room was not cleaned after the first night of two. The TV was tiny :D

Hotel Spa Tervis surpassed all my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccably clean and spacious room, every detail was exceptional. The spa facilities were a highlight, offering rejuvenating treatments with skilled and attentive staff. Dining options were delightful, especially the breakfast buffet. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from every staff member. Hotel Spa Tervis is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and pampering stay.

I miss in SPA cold water. When come out from hot sauna it should be possible to have cold water on body

The breakfast was nice, coffee was good. There were also notes about gluten and lactose and special gluter-free cereal and bread. The staff was helpful and polite. Room was nice and clean. The hotel has a lot of possibilities for activities, sports, doctor visits, lots of different spa treatments. It was relaxing and quiet.

SPA area could be better, the japan bath and steam bath was too hot. You need to take your own water with you. The SPA bar was closed when we visited.

It's close to the beach, room is comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast.

The spa is nice, but not many options, since there is a huge swimming pool for actual swimming. Some of the staff sounded a bit annoyed when I asked some questions. The masseuse didn't sepak english, which is okay since it's not the main language in the country. But she also didn't have much patience to try to communicate what was needed for me to do. All in all, still worth it, and I'll still go back one day.

The hotel is located near Pärnu's waterfront, which can be seen out of the room's window. The hotel itself has a modern and newly looking interior. Our room also looked new and was totally worth the price. We liked the hotel's spa very much, it had a lot of saunas (aroma, salt, Japanese, Turkish) as well as a lot of showers and a big pool. The Japanese sauna also had some nice lightning therapy for maximum relaxation. The buffett has a lot of variety, so it can accomodate most of people's tastes. We stayed for 1 night so we talked to the staff only once, but they were very friendly and welcoming. You can walk to the centre and get some food in about 10 minutes (I recommend Steffani). Free and spacious parking near the hotel.

The room had an embarassingly small TV by today's standards. In addition, the room had some visible wear and tear, but it did not bother us as much due to the price being reasonable. There was no hair dryer in the room. Some of the breakfast items were a bit bland (e.g. scrambled eggs).
