Great location. Close to many restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets nearby, about a 10 minute walk, also close to Parnu bus station . Didn't use taxis much but found them prompt and at a good price when used. Hotel was very clean throughout and continental breakfast was plentiful and replenished regularly. All staff were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay there (10 days) We requested a kettle for our room wich the hotel did provide for us.

Hotel room had no fridge, or aircon. A fan was provided which helped cool the room a bit.

Beautiful hotel right across the street from a small park, all within easy walking distance of the main sights of Pärnu old town. Our "room" had a bedroom and living room / kitchen. The living room had a dining area and two two-seat sofas (sofa-beds, I think). We were on the second floor (no lift) with a view of the garden across the street. The apartment was initially a little warm (despite cold May days) but cooled off with open windows (which blocked noises quite well when closed at night). Lots of restaurants and businesses in the area. We arrived two hours before check-in time, expecting just to leave our luggage in the car (we got free parking behind the hotel, available until 15.00 the following day) but were pleasantly surprised to get early check-in from a friendly and helpful receptionist. We chose to pay extra (8€ per person) for the breakfast.

We didn't manage to figure out how to get ANY channels on the huge flat-screen television hanging on our wall. Though it was a Smart TV, it didn't seem to find the hotel wifi. We didn't bother asking for help as that wasn't so important to us.

Quiet central location if don’t need beach very close ( 20 mins walk). Overlooking large quiet leafy square, some light traffic passing but can't really hear from rooms. Quiet nightimes. Apartment room is very spacious and generously equipped if want to cook . Buffet breakfast very wide range and plentiful in large dining room. Food and other shops and restaurants 5 mins away, ( as is quiet modern coach station for easy very cheap trip to Tallinn etc).Reception staff very helpful. Great place to stay in central Parnu.

Nothing except lack of lift

I liked how friendly the receptionist was, The comfortable rooms, pets allowed, breakfast was delicious and how in the morning around 10am, the church bell sounds can be heards, they were really nice, no alarm needed 😆👍🏻

no proper air flow if the window is closed in the rooms, no conditioner and there was no kettle unfortunately, for 70€ per night, I'd expect that, but there was none. It's fine though, overall I'd say the experience and the stay was 9.5/10 (-0.5, because of the no kettle and proper air flow).

Location good for the bus station, less than 5 min walk. and handy for the town and facilities. Rooms comfortable enough. Breakfast 8 until 11am and varied a little for the couple of nights we stayed, everything replenished quickly to suit demand.

Online check in process, too many questions and details requested. Reception closed by 6pm so if you have a problem there's only a telephone to try and get access to the building. Fortunately everything worked out well for us even if everything was shuttered up.

Location. close/near center. I had a single room - quite a little on space and a toilet/bathroom up the stairs - so 1,5 floor room :) But overall for one person was OK! Good breakfast. Helpful staff - answered every question about hotel, nearest places to eat and some other questions.

Location for car owners. In summer season in center, beach area and old town you need to pay for parking. Hotel have free parking - but for limited number of cars. We was lucky to have place there- so no problem.

Good breakfast, nice little room etc, right next to Koidula Park and therefore super conviniently located. Looks better outside than it is on the inside. Very welcoming lady in the reception. Overall pretty well priced nice and careless stay.

The building behind the wooden house is where all the rooms are and, well, to be honest, the hallways etc look pretty drab and tasteless.

Great location. Friendly staff, great communication. Comfortable system for entrance (code). Nice room - small, but comfortable enough for two people. Telia TV with possibility to watch shows afterwards. Nice possibility to buy water (24/7) at reception.

Hairdryer would have been nice addition. A bit of cigarette smoke came to room through open window, as our room was on second floor with view to street and smoking is allowed on one table in front of hotel.

Quiet convenient location (park for jogging and bike roads). 5 min walk to bus station and mall, 20 min walk to the beach and sightseeing places. Good-sated breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable check-in.

Free Wifi is not stable but OK. wall sockets location could be more convenient

Great location, close to the Old Town overlooking a beautiful park. Bike hire is also close and it’s a short bike ride to the beach. 5 mins walk from the bus / coach station. The room was comfortable with a good amount of storage / furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and generous timings too.

The bathroom was a bit cosy. They seem quite keen on online check in and check out.
