We stayed at the Wing Hotel Guilin for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, right next to the Snack and Pedestrian Street, making it convenient for dining and shopping.  The hotel itself is very clean and updated, with well-maintained facilities. One standout feature was the free laundry service available to guests, which was very helpful during our stay.  The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. In particular, Jenny, the hotel’s travel counselor, went above and beyond to assist us. She provided valuable information for touring Guilin and Yangshuo and even helped us book our cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo in advance, making our trip much smoother. Thank you, Jenny, for your outstanding service!  We highly recommend Wing Hotel Guilin to anyone visiting this area. 

The blanket is too thick for the summer season.

Apart from the comfortable accommodation and friendly staff, I would like to commend Jenny, the English tour assistant. She is not only responsive but also gave us advice on how to go about touring Guilin, help us book the Lijiang tour, etc. The hotel is also excellently located just a minute's walk to the pedestrian street and a walkable distance to Jing Jiang Prince palace, both places at which we bought a lot of their unique local snacks. So, if I visit Guilin again, I would definitely stay here again. The buffet breakfast is also affordable and nice. Not a lot of selection for vegetarians but enough.

Location and amenities were great. What stood out the most, though, was Jenny. Not only did she help us book several tourist attractions (while also giving tips), but she was so kind and helpful to us. On our departure day, due to traffic congestion we were running late for our train. We had left our clothes in the drying machine, so she came out of the hotel with our bags and clothes so that we could quickly leave for the station. Staying at this hotel is worth it just because of her

Only one elevator is a bit inconvenient

Booking was easy and I was assisted by a lady call Jenny for transport and recommendation for tours before we arrived. the transport pick us up from the train stations for cny90 as we are in 4. it is a Chinese manage hotel so do not pretend to be at a Sheraton/Hilton. for the price and quality it is definitely worth it. room was big and it includes breakfast. breakfast was more local so western choice was only limited to toast and eggs/ham/sausage and some salad. but it was still ok. the plus point of the hotel is the location. you are in the center. shops/restaurants everywhere and so well located. Will definitely stay there again. there was also a tour desk at the hotel which we booked our day tours. very very convenient.

The suite we had was well finished and the beds very comfortable. The shower was spacious and worked well with plenty of hot water. Even had free cans of Coke and sprite in the fridge as well as bottles of water. There was free coffee available in the entrance area. Free laundry facilities were a bonus for us as had been travelling for a while. Good location to access the sights in Guilin.

The approach to the hotel was a bit scruffy but once inside everything was very clean and nicely organised.

Location was excellent although a bit difficult to find at first but it's right in the middle of all shops and restaurants. Loved our stay here. bedrooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and toiletries renewed everyday, free self service laundry was great, Jenny was very helpful in organising trips and was always on hand for advice. Very good value. I would highly recommend Wing hotel and will stay there again no hesitation

Nothing to dislike

The rooms are spacious. In the middle of restaurants and snack shops. The staff is helpful and friendly. Respond quickly to messages. Helped with our luggage when taxi stopped a bit further away and assisted with tracking our package when something went wrong with the delivery. There are wash machines and dryers available too. Coffee in lobby

Cleaning could be a bit better of floor and not completely dust free

Location was excellent, really close to tourist spots and also food halls etc. Breakfast was Chinese, but had some international elements to it at well. Coffee was decent. Staff were friendly and can speak English good enough.

The windows are only single glazed, so we could hear people shouting late at night and early in the morning. Best if you are a heavy sleeper. Not really much to complain about. The reviews ended up being quite fair.

Great location just a few minutes walk to the central shopping street, which lies just behind the river. Large room, comfy bed. Clean and well appointed bathroom facilities. Jenny, the English speaking assistant helped me with my Chinese payment apps and sorted a couple of fabulous excursions for me. Highly recommended for that alone as levels of English in hotels in China vary widely.

What a delight! We are midday way through a 14 day holiday. The free clothes washing facilities of level 8 were a life saver! The staff are brilliant - all speak English and very helpful. The beds were very very comfortable. The whole stay was just great. Cracking location too. Jenny was a highlight! She is the best. We connected weeks before via WeChat and as he helped me plan other parts of my holiday. We LOVE Jenny!
