The view is amazing and there are good facilities to keep busy for a short stay. This included, a spa, games and water sport activities. The Staff was very helpful to help us arrange what we needed.

The location is not that accessible if one doesn’t have their own vehicle. Taxis are different to find and we solely relied on the taxi contacts of the hotel. while the spa is nice and seems to provide a lot of options, at short notice there only seems to be one option available.This May have also been due to limited communication capabilities to the spa staff.

Property was well maintained and clean. The house boat was comfortable. Breakfast spread was great. Had lot of Indian traditional local breakfast dishes, plus options of continental. All the staff were always super nice. The ayurvedic massage was a very good. House boat ride was an excellent experience with very good view of the islands in the backwaters. Loved the 2 dogs on the property, very friendly with guests.

Location is a little interior to access. but there is a wow factor once you reach the place. The water supply was not always hot in the room. The pool could have been better maintained.

Serene place n very relaxing...Good activities at the lagoon itself. Staff friendly house keeping very prompt..all in all enjoyed the stay.

A little bit maintenance and cleaning in and around the lagoon would be good.

The location is excellent and is merely a 5-10 min walk from the nearest beach. The facilities at the property itself are good with a swimming pool and reasonable amounts of open space.

They seem short-staffed and any kind of food orders were taking forever to be delivered. The staff can be a bit more proactive and receptive.

The location was good. The deluxe room which we booked was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly.

Activities like boating are very costly. Would have been good, if simple row boat or pedal boat options would have been there.

The location was fantastic. The staff was courteous. The Mangalore cuisine was authentic and yummy.

Breakfast was delicious, staff are polite, good service, delicious dinner.

Pillows got me a neck ache as it was too fluffy! And request you to take the plates after we have our food inside the room. The room gets stinky!
