The breakfast was an excellent value and helped us get moving for the day. If we had stayed longer we most likely would have used more of the amenities.

There was some kind of timed energy saver controlling hot water for the room. Since our only reason for coming to Santa Rosa in January was to dive the Blue Hole it would have been nice to have had control over that feature of the room.

The Hotel was clean. The outside lawn and flower beds were maintained.

I had a room upstairs, and the window overlooked the indoor swimming pool, so it was humid in the room. Also, the room itself had a swimming pool smell, almost like mold.

The GM checked us in. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a big snowstorm enroute to TX from Santa Fe so we made a last minute reservation. Front Desk was busy when we arrived but checkin went fine. We were able to get additional linens that we needed. Room amenities were sufficient for a quick overnight stay. Walls were a bit thin so we heard some noisy children coming back from the pool.

Noisy neighbors, but not the hotel’s fault. Due to snowstorm, hotel could have used an extra staff or 2, but they probably had a hard time getting to work also!

Convenience

We paid the same price for a better Comfort Inn in Marshall, TX that we loved. This hotel needs upgrading. The lighting in the hallways is dim, carpet looks old adds to the run down look. Breakfast serves watery powered eggs

Clean rooms, good breakfast.

They had no smoking area. No outside cigarette disposal, no where to sit outside and drink your morning coffee. Cigarette butts on the ground due to no outside cigarette disposal.

There’s a parking area for larger vehicles and trailers, and you can drive all the way around the facility so you don’t get jammed in and have to back up. This was important for us as we were driving a 26’ U-Haul and pulling a 9’ trailer.

Everything was nice.

The room was pet friendly. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the room had a very pleasant scent, was clean & the bed was comfortable. We liked that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower area by a door. My husband & I were able to get dressed pretty much at the same time.

We had to sign something saying we'd take the dog to a specific place to "walk" him, but finding it was difficult because we didn't see any directions. We were told that pottie bags would be provided, but when we eventually found the walk, there were no bags. The same applied to the ice machine. We saw no signage & had to go to the front desk to get directions.

The beds were decently comfy, the sheets were excellent 👌 the staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

The breakfast area was a bit crowded, so we just didn't get breakfast.

We asked for early check-in and was told different when we arrived and then forgotten about by staff. The top linen was dirty on both beds. Hot tub was comfortable but needs to be serviced

Breakfast was good . The worker kept everything stocked. He ensured everything was clean and sanitized. Excellent job.

The bed was old. There was no Bible in the room, and their free.
