The hotel is new and very clean and modern. Everything is comfortable, including the bed, and the staff was friendly.

It seems a bit pricey for the middle of nowhere.

Room 120 was very large, extremely clean and comfortable. Room held it's temperature even though we had to turn off the heat due to the excessive noise. Bed was clean and comfortable. Great room, lousy shower and noisy appliances. Angela was the name on the card for prepping the room and we tipped her. Fantastic job! Front desk staff was great and had a sense of humor.

Room 120 was right next to the elevator, which you can hear while in the room. The split a/c/heat was noisy and we had to turn it off. The refrigerator made a LOT of noise when it cycled on and off. Wear ear plugs in this room and you should be fine. The handicap shower needs a lot of attention as it is molding under the caulk and not installed all the way, or missing caulk, base, moldings, etc.

Location was good for us as we were on a road trip. Room was clean and shower was great! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, would only add some granola for the yogurt.

Everything was great! There was nothing we didn't like. So glad we found this hotel. We stayed the previous week in Santa Rosa at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham right down the street. It was a terrible experience - so bad I cancelled staying there August 5-6 and changed to La Quinta.

Staff was nice and the hotel was clean and fresh smelling. I expected a business center or more lobby area where my son could work during the morning, but there wasn't anything. Staff suggested we try the local library which was nice.

Breakfast is in a cramped area, and not very appealing. Most of these places have gotten pretty meh with breakfast options. The room was advertised with a "view" but when we got there that just meant a window looking out over a neighborhood from the hilltop. Nothing really to "view" The whole time I was there the doors to the laundry and kitchen areas were wide open - which was odd an off-putting.

The staff was exceptional. The woman running the breakfast in the morning was kind and personable, the front desk was expert and approachable, and the cleaning crew were heroes - we thought we had lost our cat when we’d come back from breakfast and she helped us find our cat in our own room very quickly. Everyone was friendly, the room was clean, a very good size, and we loved the Dove products! They smelled soooo good.

Absolutely nothing - everything was wonderful

Yesterday morning while preparing to check out, we encountered a medical emergency that required paramedics. The front desk manager was exceptionally helpful, doing anything she could to help....bringing ice and extra towels and pillows after my "senior" husband suffered a diabetic "crash" resulting in a loss of consciousness and a bathroom fall. Your hotel and Pulaski County paramedics could not have been better. A heartfelt thank you to all. (After treatment, we were able to continue on our trip home and my husband is doing well today.)

The location was fine, just off the expressway, easy off easy on. Check-in was simple and quick, since we had reservations. Ample parking. Breakfast was not extensive but adequate. The restaurant down the street called Silver Spoon has excellent food, you might have a short wait.

The setup of the bathroom could be improved. The toilet and shower are on one side of the entrance hall and a very small vanity on the other. A useless closet that is next to the vanity could be eliminated and extend the vanity and sink.

Very friendly people, very clean facility, staff was very nice and great at being there when people needed something. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!

I definitely think the breakfast could be better, the potato’s weren’t really cooked, I thought it was weird that the breakfast meat was hot dogs, and eggs were very runny. There wasn’t much else to eat other then that, but everything else was good with the hotel!

Check-in experience was excellent and set the tone - all of my questions were answered with a smile. I felt so welcomed. This hotel is totally renovated - with vinyl plank flooring - No Carpet! The room was large with a very clever entryway. The hotel seemed full but was very quiet. Every staff member was smiling and said Hello. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Good breakfast, staff was nice but not overly friendly. Cleaning lady was nicest of all. 😉 Easy check in, convenient, good stay for the money. Gym had more equipment than usual......it was good enough. DOG friendly is a plus!!!

Area for dog potty was ok. Except in the evening, the sprinkler system came on and almost got us lol but we moved.
