The area was nice, the room was comfortable and the bed was nice and relaxing along with the good air quality on those hot days.

The front office staff except Karen and an older lady who I believe was one of the maids. Other then that upon our check in the lady was rude and not very welcoming at all no one had a smile on their face or cared to answer our questions that we asked about Santa Rosa. I feel they should especially be more welcoming since they are the first impression of the hotel and alot of people will remember those personalities and how welcoming it was and will come back and spread the word around how nice it is verses it’s nice but the staff wasn’t very friendly. Many won’t want to go back or stay there.

The breakfast was great. The hotel had a nice layout in the room and the lobby. The room was comfortable with enough outlets for charging devices. The pool was a nice and a great temperature.

Check in was rough, getting sheets for the fold out bed was a chore, and the pool had a cover that needed to be removed by staff. Essentially the ladies working the night shift did not want to be there. The situation in the morning was greatly improved.

The front desk clerk was not rude but not nice. Also the hot tub was not working and breakfast Saturday was great, everything was available. But Sunday, a lot of stuff was out of order or not made. Why the difference for 1 day? I had pancakes Saturday and then it was out of order for Sunday. I'm not an egg person so there wasn't much options left. The yogurt I liked was out, there was no oatmeal and all that was left was bread. There was turkey sausage (yuck) but no regular sausage. Also the ice machines were out on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Location was fine. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows. Actually these were some of the best pillows during our 12 days of travel. I only ate fruit for breakfast but my husband had eggs, sausage and a cinnamon roll all of which he thought were good. The room was quiet too. Hadn’t stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in years but this was a good stay. Coffee was excellent and staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very nice. There seemed to be a lot of dogs staying at this motel.I didn’t appreciate that dogs were allowed in eating area. One lady had 3 dogs!

Dogs should not be in a eating area as far as I am concerned.Some were very large dogs. We took our breakfast back to our room.

The only thing that could improve our stay would be to put better non slip bath tub grips in the bottom of the tubs. They are very slippery and a danger for seniors

I had made a reservation through a booking company, but a couple of days later had changed it. The motel didn’t seem to know that and told us that our reservation was for the night before..I had documented it in case there was a problem, but they still honored our stay for that night. I had told the person at the desk I had already paid through a booking company, but she still charged me again.

Great selection of food at the breakfast bar. Easy to locate. Comfortable bed and pillows. Was a little noisy as our rooms were on the side of building closest to interstate.

This was a convenient place to stop while traveling, just off the Interstate. It was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection of fresh food.

The room was clean and a normal HIE experience. Comfortable and accessible. Breakfast was good. Friendly workers.

Room was a little warm since ac wasn’t on until we got there. Took about an hour to cool off. Unit may have needed some attention.
