The room was a good size, the shower had decent pressure and worked well. The balcony overlooked the main road. I had my morning coffee sitting on the balcony, watching the world go by. You can use the facilities of the hotel next door, the pool and the gym, both are excellent 👌. The TV has lots of channels. The microwave was a boone, I used it often. As I did with the kettle. Next to the hotel is a wholesale market, where you can get some really tasty cooked food. I ate there everyday, very cheap as well. Around the corner is a brilliant night market, again some excellent tasty food there. If you are in Thailand for a party scene, this is not the place for you, but if you want to explore local life and see different things, then I would say stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Sometimes there was an issue with the internet, but that didn't last long.

We are budget traveller and this place was a great find. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. There’s are a lot of great services near by - night market (not the market across the street), a full service Lotus, and we found a bike rental place. A bike was useful for getting down to the beach area.

Our room was on the busy road side of the hotel. So traffic noise was a small issue. (We didn’t ask for a different room, so can’t comment on whether or not front desk staff would provide a different room)

Modern room, clean, balcony. Free use of the Star convention hotel Fitness gym, Sauna and pool, first class gym. Near the wonderful night markets and Star Fresh markets. 20 minutes drive to beautiful uncrowded beaches Staff proff. And friendly Very cheap. I will go back excellent

Stayed twice to different rooms. Bugs/ mosquitoes got into the last.room, painfully poor sleep.

We loved the spacious bed. It's super comfortable and the best sleep we had. The TV is working well with fast WiFi both YT and Netflix are available. Air conditioning keeps us freezing, perfect for the hot weather. It's a clean room. The location is accessible surrounded by plenty of shops and the biggest wet market. Hot water works well. Fresh towels and toiletries.

We were disappointed with what we saw inside the toilet on the sink there were 2 pubic hair left. It's gross to see. Must be supervised.

The hotel is located next to two big markets - the Bazaar and a fresh food market. The beach is about a 10 minute drive. The beds are a little firmer than I prefer but the room was really nice, spacious and the hotel provides daily clean if you need. There’s some good vending machines in the lobby plus elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well kept and clean. I liked the view from the balcony. We had the use of the swimming pool and gym at the hotel next door, which was a massive bonus: both the pool and gym were excellent. The night markets were very close by, and there was plenty of delicious food to choose from, which was extremely cheap too. Great value for money. It is the second time I've stayed there.

There wasn't anything I could complain about, but if you want to go out partying and drinking, this hotel won't be for you.

Needed a hotel for 1 night. Excellent value for money. Beds comfortable hot shower microwave air-conditioning fine. Used the pool in the building next door also there's a gym which are free of charge. 7/ 11 nearby by the night market. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really apart from no tea or coffee in the room.

Location is perfect: walking distance to the Bus depot where u arrive/hop off to Koh Samet. Right by the freshmarket and the awesome night bazar. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, quiet ( my room was facing the backyard) PLUS you can use the Pool at the neighbour hotel.

All is good. Will come back!

Nice clean rooms, the bed was huge and super comfortable! Great location with fresh market close by and night bazaar within walking distance. Lots of local food options. Cheap coin-operating washing machines available on site. Especially enjoyed the use of the large and well-equipped gym at the hotel next door.

Water pressure and temperature of the shower wasn’t great

We've stayed at this hotel many times so nothing I didn't like that's worth highlighting, however if you are a light sleeper the main road on the front is very busy.
