This hotel is pretty well situated near city facilities and on the other hand in a calm side street. For taking the regional bus, the station is at easy walking distance. The staf and room services I give a friendly 5star appreciation, very correct and helpful young staff. The breakfast was well served and varied beyond the basics as this was included in the room price. I am very pleased and thankfull that while we checked out a momber of the staff brought my hair treatment flask I had left behind in the bathroom. Many thanks to that lady.

The shower warm water system can be set up to deliver better.

I arrived early and the manager Phun organised a room to be ready early as possible Organised me a coffee,map and advice Her knowledge of Loei and ability to speak English was amazing The breakfast for a small hotel was very good

The immediate surroundings let it down, if they are part of the land owned by the hotel they could benefit from a clean & removal of rubbish

We received a friendly welcome with a welcome drink served in the attractive lounge area. Staff answered all of our questions, were very helpful, and very attentive. Our room was very clean with nice bed linens. The breakfast was varied and generous, served in an attractive space. It was nice to have bedside tables with lamps. Staff arranged transportation to the Thai Loei Ban Kang Pla Weaving Group which we found interesting. We enjoyed the 8km walk back through the countryside.

People have mentioned a long walk from town centre but we did not find it too long or at all concerning.

Breakfast was just correct no more : one choice of plate with rice, one choice of soup, Vietnamese nems, one type of fruit, toast and that’s all. Enough, but considering some weird comments, I expected much more The curtain in the room don’t hide completely the light in the morning A little bit noisy from 6.30 am when breakfast begins even though I was in a rear room
