Design, materials and finishings are very tasteful and of high quality - truly deserving the description 'Boutique de Diseno'. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bar has a good selection of alcoholic of and alcoholic drinks. The staff is lovely and helped me book a fantastic riding excursion (with Mister Chuy owner of the 'Rancho La Mision' en Juliantla) and posted trousers that I had tailored in a local shop... Hotel William is the sister hotel of Agua Escondida and you have free use of its facilities (i.e. pool). Agua Escondida is just around the corner. It might be worthwhile checking out Agua Escondida (also very good but less 'design') as a better value option.

The rooms seem pretty small. Though in our case the massive wardrobe helped as the suitcases could easily be stored. Part of Taxco's charm is the cobbled streets; the downside is that noises echo up even to the top floors.

Stylishl, friendly and well placed hotel! A lot of effort is put into details, getting the hotel keys as bracelet, valet service, night sweets etc.etc. Can recommend to stay here for everything!

The room could have been a little bit bigger, with our big luggages it was not super spacious. Same for the bathroom it was a little tiny. Pretty loud till 11PM and starting 6AM because the windows are not really shielding noise.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Overall we we very happy with our stay.

The room was very light as the curtains didn't quite cover the window and the noise from the restaurant and work going on was a lot early in the morning. The cost for parking was a surprise too!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Everywhere you look around there’s amazing little details that make the space feel chic and unique. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely, always happy to help, they made our stay so pleasant

The location is amazing. Loved the decor- so chic. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was great! The staff were so helpful & friendly. The restaurant had amazing breakfast & coffee. One of our favorite hotels we have stayed in!

We loved everything

The service was wonderful, we had a great room which was very clean and had a feature bath which perfectly complimented the modern boutique style of the hotel.

It’s only small, but a fridge in the room would have been useful for us.

The decor is fabulous. Clean, fresh high quality linen super comfy bed. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The sound echos through the middle of the building and can be heard in our suite- it did not detract from our stay.

Nice and attentive staff, valet service for car parking, design of the hotel and rooms is very appealing and modern, location close to Zocalo, delicious breakfast

restaurant staff is not the fastest, little space in bathroom/toilet.

The attention to detail, the design of the hotel and the rooms. The location is great, you do not have to use the car and you can walk everywhere! Overall a great experience!

It is a bit noisy!

Brand new property. Every appliance is new, the bedding is new. It does not have an elevator but the stairs are easy and few. There’s no parking on premises but the hotel does provide an affordable valet option. Every corner was spotless.
