The staff was really nice and helpful. We speak some Spanish, so that helped too. I'm not sure if they spoke much English. It's in a great location, and they have clean water coolers where you can refill your bottles. They have a nice atrium with a bathroom where you can relax or wait before or after check-in. They stored our bags for us since we got there early and gave us a good recommendation for food. Burgos was a great place for dinner! The room had everything we needed, it was clean, and the shower was great. The beds were fine, not the best, but good enough that I would stay again. The AC was also nice.

Bring ear plugs. It's in a crowded city, so you'll hear some noise, but it's nothing out of the ordinary for a city. There's a school nearby and we could hear the kids singing, which we thought was fun.

Staff is so friendly and amazing. Rooms are clean, air conditioners smart t.v . For the price it exceeded my expectations! Quiet at night. Can see staff during the day busy repairing and cleaning and taking care of the place. The showers were also very nice hot hot water. Thank you for the great stay.

Very nice place to stay. The airco was so nice because of the humidity and warmth. Room was very clean. The shower was hot and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We had a problem with the shower and they handeld and solved the problem for us so good. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent staff, great central location and newly renovated rooms! The staff were extra helpful with helping us get breakfast bowls early in the morning and arranging a taxi to the airport for us. Excellent rooms, excellent service! Best of all, very hot showers following a few days in the jungle!

Nothing, far exceeded expectations!

Good location just a street away from the main square. The staff were lovely and super helpful: we had an early check in and they kept our luggage whilst we went away on a multiday trip. The bedroom was super clean and comfy, it had AC, a nice big shower.

Noise coming from the neighbours, who played really loud music.

- the aircon is a godsend - the hotel staff are extremely friendly - the tv in the room is great - the black out blinds are superb - good communal area

- not sure I had a hot shower the whole time I was there

Very friendly and welcoming, our room was ready off the night bus from Cusco. Comfortable room, good aircon, some social areas and, unusually for Peru, filtered water. A couple of blocks from the main square. Breakfast was good.

The location of Libelula is fantastic, really close to the plaza. The staff are brilliant, very accommodating. I always stay here when I'm in Puerto Maldonado now as its very reasonably priced and offers everything that I need - it's clean, convenient and comfortable.

They allowed us to check in early after an overnight bus, good air conditioning, very good shower, filtered water, comfortable seating area downstairs and good location
