The hotel location was great. Walkable to all areas we wanted to visit. The air conditioning in our room was working perfectly. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The listing on Booking.com states an airport shuttle but when you look into it more on the website there is an asterisk* saying it is an “extra charge”. They will arrange a cab for you but it is at your personal expense.

Everything was as advertised. We got an airport shuttle in both directions and he was always on time. Breakfast was delicious -- better than any continental breakfast I have had at a hotel in the USA. It comes out buffet style and isn't under warmers, which others have complained about but I thought it was fine. The pool and restaurant are both on the 7th floor and they're lovely; I highly recommend getting a meal at the restaurant and eating it at one of the tables by the pool that overlooks the city. I really don't know the area, so I can't say if it is in a good location or not, but I always felt safe enough for someone traveling internationally.

There was nothing I didn't like! If you are used to really high standards in the USA, this could disappoint a bit by not being as updated or not having central air conditioning, but I thought it was great. I do think their exchange rate from sol to USD was higher than average, but it was still cheaper than any equivalent in the USA.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They served a complimentary drink for each of us when we arrived. The breakfast was good and there pool and restaurant on 7th floor are nice.

AC in room didn't work well, but the ceiling fan was appreciated. The beds were firm and the room was a bit cramped for our family of four.

the town sucks. it has a certain charm i suppose, however the hell-like humidity and fact its in the middle of a god forsaken jungle with bugs that have no right existing detract from any charm it may have. the hotel is quaint and a great place to stay though if you ever end up caught in the area. not sure if there are any better options around based on the little research i did. staff was great despite the communication barriers (my spanish sucks). breakfast was decent enough.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made our beds, cleaned up our room a bit and gave us fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was big and delicious. A/C was perfect.

Everything is good, the lady in fron desk is very nice. I forget her name, she maybe the manager. the other young lady is nice too. The breakfast is excellent.

Everything was great. Clean room, hot shower, AC in the room, delicilous breakfast. We got for the voucher for free drink in the restaurant, food was great. We didnt use pool but it looked pretty decent and clean. The stuff called taxi for us.

After a few days in the jungle, this hotel felt like luxury. Powerful, modern and hot shower was a highlight. We also had a dip in the pool which was nice.

Still getting used to Peruvian breakfasts but there was a lot of options.

Good quality hotel with good shower and comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant does dinner, which was handy after arriving late, and staff were very helpful with dietary requirements.

The room was much larger than expected and the AC worked great! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool at the roof was refreshing and the view of the city was beautiful.
