Beachfront,good food and there’s always something for everyone ( young kids, adults activities)to have fun in the sun.

Shutting off our room air conditioner in the middle of the day which is the hottest temperature.Have to ask to have it turned on. The last 2 times we were there it was on all the time

The hotel is located right across the street from the beach. Not too far from the pedestrian walking street. So you can park the car near the hotel and forget about it for a week. It is perfect for families with kids.There is entertainment for adults and kids from morning till evening. It's clean, food is good and good selection, the staff is always polite and very welcoming. It is also great for price/quality.

There is a train line passing right behind the hotel if you are sleeping with the windows open it is loud at night. However all the hotels in Pineto have the train line so it would be the same anywhere.

Great is the proximity of its own private beach and the fact that a beach set is included in the price. I appreciate the daily basic cleaning of the room.

The room was extremely small and while the bathroom and furniture were in good condition, the bed and sofa bed could use a new one. The room would also need an occasional thorough cleaning (large amount of dirt and hair under the beds). I would appreciate some sort of option (e.g. a rod) for drying bathing suits and towels on the balcony.

Positioned exactly next to the beach. Had a comfortable stay. The staff is very nice and friendly, the food was good. Couldn't ask for more, great value for what I payed.

I liked the location for where we wanted to be.

No tea or coffee making facilities And the walls are so thin you can hear everything!

There is a railway near Hotel, almost not possible to sleep (especially with an opened balcony), rooms are very old.

It's right in front of the beach and quite close to the highway. I found it looking for a place to spend the night on my way to northern Italy. Kind and helpful waiters at the restaurant, rich breakfast.

Very small elevator, very small room, very old furniture and bathroom, leaking shower faucet, cheap feeling pillows and sheets. No available parking spots, had to drive around for a while to find one.

I telephoned the day before, as the booking was for a couple of friends I was told that the hotel had cancelled the stay, even though I had paid. They said I could go to a hotel in the centre of town, Hotel Centrale, and they would pay. I went to the Hotel Centrale and was asked to wait as they did not think they had space. Eventually they said my friends could stay. When my friends arrived, we went there, again we had to wait half an hour, they wanted 2 pieces of indentity and grumbled about my friends staying. I asked how much the Hotel Fellicione were paying them which they refused to answer. With all the delays and rudeness we decided not to stay there and my friends went back to their home, in Italy.
