The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops and eateries. The building is colorful and easy to spot. There's ample parking space in front of the property. The check-in process was smooth and staff were helpful.

The bedsheet was not properly cleaned, which affected comfort. Also, the room could benefit from better soundproofing to reduce outside noise.

My family & I were satisfy Just heads-up since there's no elevator and if you're given the second floor, the stairs are steep. Photos were taken before I check out.

Cons are: - hot drinks that are provided for breakfast which were limited / didn't accommodate to the number of guest attended breakfast and refill is necessary. - shampoo/body shampoo provided in the room isn't refill - gym, sauna, karaoke only available from 9am - 9pm - hot shower room 203 isn't hot enough it's lukewarm - no kettle (maybe could provide upon request?)

the breakfast, not the breakfast itself but they insisted that I eat my breakfast indoors. the environment indoors was stale, dark, no nice view or fresh air. there were tables outside which I requested to sit at but this was refused. I did not eat, so I don’t know about the food. but I left and did not eat the breakfast provided because I wanted a more pleasant environment to enjoy my breakfast.

One of the best hotel in town. I like the cleanliness, hot shower, nice aircond, very comfy bed and best price ever.

So far so good, it just that there is one room i stayed before in blok b i did not remember what room number but it have some odour. However, overall it is very good.

The bed is big but the room is too small It feels crowded. And our feet can easily kick the foot of the bed and cause injuries.. But overalI feel very good and impeccable, thank you.I like qu lin😍will come back again~Keep going!

The room was clean and the staff are super nice. Ample parking space in front of the building (no parking coupon needed). Breakfast was included with several choices of food, hot & cold drink. Got filtered water dispenser. Feels secure as it needs card to access anywhere. Didn't have the time to try the sauna & gym but i will if i have another chance. Overall, good enough for a short transit stay like mine. Very good value with the rate they charge.

No elevator to your room. So you have to carry your own luggage. Booking my room with window,but didn't get one.

The TV channel is difficult to change and on The air in the room had bad smell, might be due to no window for fresh air and the bathroom door is rotten soaked by water.
