This hotel was spotless and well presented. The receptionist was fantastic and so helpful especially when one of my travel colleagues had actually booked the wrong date! She gave us a fabulous welcome .the difference that makes a difference. The rooms were spacious and well apportioned and met our needs completely. Great stay if you are walking the Camino.

Nothing to dislike.

Room was very spacious, beds were big, though the mattresses are on the hard side. Very close to the river walk, that is a very good place to walk the dogs (and yourself). Private parking, which is always a bonus. Very calm environment. Close to a supermarket, in case you need to buy some food or that item you forgot at home. Only some 50 km of Santiago de Compostela so it can be an alternative to staying in the city.

Would have preferred a non carpeted room. The room didn't seem to have AC, but we were lucky with the weather, with cool nights, so everything went OK by just opening the windows

The breakfast was really quite amazing for a smaller hotel. Good value, too. Lots of selection. Coffee!! But the 100 percent real prize of this stay was my receptionist, Rosa (and her little dog). We chatted, and she made me feel so welcome and so special. I can't wait to see her again in the future. She is a keeper; treat her well! Send her love, from Shelli. The family restaurant attached to the hotel is 3rd generation and they take great pride in what they serve.

I think the bed was a little uncomfortable. And as I was staying over a Friday night, a lot of local folks began celebrating in the lounge area (close to my first floor room) at about 1040 pm, as well as some teens running through the back street (behind my first floor room) somewhere after midnight. I was woken several times, but was happy with free coffee the next morning. So noise can be an issue in this older building.

The room.was very spacious with excellent ventillation. The family room is gabled on one side but it is perfectly. The beds were firm and pillows were comfy...a plus for weary travelers.

Could not get the person on the intercom to open the door. All the checkin process was done without human contact

Quiet and clean place. Georgeous breakfast. The hairdresser available as well as nice shampoo and shower gel. Beds were big and very comfortable. We used this place on our camino road. The camino continues very close to this place

A little bit away from the centre. 20 minutes walk. Nice and warm room 😊 Key code entry/exit.

Better wardrobe space, no tall wardrobes to hang dresses, also no comfortable armchair available.

Marta, the receptionist was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and there was a good choice at breakfast. On the Camino invierno so ideal for us.

Location was fine. David at reception was extremely pleasant & helpful.

No laundry facilities. Not good for a pilgrimwalking to Santiago.
