Great location for visiting Everglades and Key West. Nice pool to enjoy. Several parking bays although looks like the hotel mgt allowed trailers to park across occupying a few parking spaces. Clean rooms, nicely appointed lobby.

Including breakfast in the stay deal is a gimmick as the breakfast is not great - choice limited to only one entree (a small-ish portion) and a drink. Several items (eg fruits) kept on the counter is not included and staff will keep reminding you that it is not included - not a nice feeling to be told when you’ve picked up a fruit. Similar reminder will be given for yogurt, etc. Coffee in the included drink is also a basic regular coffee.

The staff (check in and restaurant) were friendly and offered to help out even when not needed. The room was clean. The shower with bench was a bonus. We faced the front and it was still quiet. Price point was good.

Prices too high at restaurant since it was al a carte and not sit down service. There was unfixed water damage around the tub. I only booked this room because of the reviews. The photos that were online, of the room, look old and tired. I felt like I was taking a real chance booking it. Suggest you redo.

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and very informative. The hotel itself was very nice, the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location was great with it being near the Turnpike, a Publix and a shopping center near by. Definitely would not mind coming back to this hotel.

It didn't have free breakfast, but not a big deal about that. My shower was leaking water from the bottom of the shower door when taking a shower but I reported to the front desk and they were already notifying maintenance to take care of it.

Check-in procedure was easy and satisfying. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. Parking directly in front of the hotel was free. A low-traffic WiFi-connection was free to use, a more powerful connection was available for 5$. The area around the hotel was calm and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great besides some irritations regarding the ordering process in the restaurant where they got some things wrong, but we could fix that problem really fast and the guys at the bar were very friendly. So not really a negative thing here.

Staff, Location, Price, and room were excellent Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for where my sister lives. And price was excellent.

Unfortunately, I was going to iron my shirt and when I lifted the Iron there was a German Cockroach still alive sitting on the holder. I had to kill the roach. I left inside the of a paper napkin and was going to show the staff but I forgot and the cleaning lady ended up throwing it out.

Location was great for easy access to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Lobby offered a variety of seating options, making it appealing to hang out outside of the room; gym was sufficient; GREAT cuban restaurant right across the street. Bar/coffee avail in lobby.

No balcony; no jacuzzi; there was a pool but water was too cold for my Texas self (ha ha)

Our coffee and cups were refilled once only for the whole stay (6 days) lucky we had some of our instant coffee.

The pool was to cold and did not use it!! We tried cause we love the pool.but to cold and still waiting for the deposit that was charged and was not told at the time of the booking.need our money back asap please

I got in late and the young lady at the desk (forgot her name) was awesome.

I would have liked an additional 5 hours of sleep. Let me know when u can slow down time. I'll check in more often. :-)

T he hotel staff,including room service personnel,was friendly and professional. It was very clean and maintained .

We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for breakfast, plus breakfast was very expensive. (39 dollars per meal). There was no mouthwash or other little extras like makeup remover packs, toothpaste (the little extra touches that makes hotels extra convenient). Also there was no extra blanket. Otherwise it is a beautiful place.
