The place was clean and a short ride from Everglades national park.

Two people were trying to check in one night and there was no one at the desk for over 20 minutes. I don’t know how long they waited but they were very unhappy.

The desk staff were all friendly and well spoken. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent—many different breakfast foods and drinks to choose from, and well-prepared and presented. I liked the pegs for hanging garment bags and things, really accommodating for a quick overnight visit. I didn’t use the gym or pool but they seemed to be in good condition.

The TV didn’t work, necessitated a maintenance visit in the evening while we were relaxing in pajamas. The man was competent and nice and soon had it fixed, though. The shower stall had some mold in the caulking. The carpet needed cleaning. They advertised pet-friendly policies. I often travel with a pet and my tiny Pomeranian was with us. But their pet fee of $150 is one of the highest I have encountered anywhere. More than the entire room cost!

We were very pleased with this is hotel in particular. We stayed in several that week, and based on the price, we expected much of the same we had already experienced. So we were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel for such a decent price.

The location was subpar, but since we were just there overnight that wasn’t a huge issue.

Great hotel stay before heading out to the Keys. Pool and complementary breakfast made the stay easy and relaxing with kids. Free parking and failry close to the high way; convenient.

The extra bed for the kids was no real bed, but a sofa bed that we had to make oursleves. Supernice staff, but they could have prepared this as we did tell them that we were 2 adults and 2 kids comming.

Location to Everglades, restaurant availability, cleanliness, breakfast, and right off the Florida turnpike making it easy to go north. Nice area to put your clothes.

No chair in room besides desk chair. Some staff did not follow procedure but Asst manager made it right. Alexandra was very friendly and genuinely cared for the guests of hotel. Beds were a little hard.

More breakfast options Waffles & pancakes They should do away with the $10 a night parking charge. The parking lot is huge and you don't even get a parking permit to put on your car. It's just a way to charge more money. I think that's unfair.

Location was very convenient for a 1 night stop, making it possible to check out the everglades. Lots of restaurants within a short drive,. Beds were good, everything was really new and well-kept.

The area directly adjecent to the hotel is boring - parkings and other hotels. Not inviting for a walk. You definitely need a car to get around. Breakfast could be better. Nothing was fresh, all was pre-packed (muffins, waffles), one slow toaster. Which is a shame, for such a big hotel and with a dedicated person for the breakfast bar, we felt it could easily be made a little better to match the overall quality of the hotel. Now, it kind of pulls down the experience a bit.

Excellent hotel, conveninetly located in florida City when coming from the keys. Very clean, quiet, looked almost new, beds were comfy, microwave, refrgerator, ironing board, nice pool and guest laundry,also vry good breakfastttm best hotel on the trip and the cheapest..

Good location to use as base before heading to key west, clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast.

For a hotel at the end of town, having a 10$ parking charge is a bit too much.

Everything was nice.

Pool was very dirty bc of the wind debris. I would've cleaned it to go in after the bike event, but there was no net at the poolside. Clerk said no pool net on-site. Only downfall. More fruit selection for breakfast please. Bananas
