Clean hotel, friendly staff. Easy booking and rebooking thru app and at desk.

The car park is unpatrolled. Not that anything happened. I just feel uneasy about my truck with equipment with no eyes on it in the back of the hotel. I have been here 2 weeks and have not seen the security outside, only inside and in the office hanging out. Why does my earned point not show up? I was told 6 days after checking out. Nonsense!

The facility was clean inside and out. Although right by the highway, there was no traffic noise and that roadway stayed busy. The staff were amazing and super helpful. There is a combination of hot and cold breakfast items. The pool is clean and towels are provided at the poolside. And the property is across the street from the mall, even better! We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing negative has nothing to do with the facility, it’s the amount of traffic on the only entrance/exit road. These people will NOT let you out of the parking lot.

Got an early check in. Room very comfortable and fairly clean. Room very quiet and was at full occupancy. Never heard a noise from adjoining rooms or even overhead.

There was a dampness in the room for the entire 3 days. May have been from shampooing the carpeting. Breakfast did not include any protein other than hard boiled eggs. Had only one elevator for this quite large hotel.

We showed up at 3:30am and LuLi(I think) was so kind and considerate to us showing up late night. She put us in a room at the end of the hall where it was much quieter, and even gave us 12pm check out time. She deserves extra praise for that! The room was a little outdated, but it was clean. There were no issues in the lobby, and no sketchy characters wandering the parking lot. I felt very safe here.

Mr. Akie took care of my next reservation to the utmost and provided me info needed very respectful and hospitable. Professional and made sure if I had any other needs or questions or request to ask Jim due to the fact that I come in late hours. And I'm very satisfied and needs to commended and management needs to let him know personally that he has been acknowledged for great performance in this hotel. Because of workers like himself people will enjoy to return and recommend this hotel in particular as well as the gentlemen in the morning who helped me with an early check in. The little things that count. Thank you la quinta for hiring g staff that go above and beyond. Please let them know they are not only recognized but appreciated.

the rooms are cozy.

vending machine charged my card $6.50 for a soda. The breakfast is always the same selections. Housekeeping and breakfast staff could be nicer especially a tall lady (very rude and unfriendly individual). Also, front desk should call clients and view each side of the story before changing client’s credit. my card credit got charged $30 because of housekeeping mistake. These hotels rooms are only good for one or two nights. TV will start acting up after the fourth day and Wi-Fi is not consistent.

I like the way that the breakfast room was really clean. Room was a clean and acceptable just need to change the microwave. the checking day i mean Saturday the guy was so kind and professional

i didn't like some of the fruit like the banana was spoiled but still leave it for breakfast. one of the receptionist was really rude Sunday morning i was asking for toothpaste she said that they don't provide toothpaste even though she provided me one

Everything was great. The staff exceeded my expectations, they accommodated my needs just fine! Put me on the first floor because I was going into surgery. Bed was SUPER comfy. Then the house keeping was FANTASTIC. If I ever am in Kendall again this is my go to! 10/10

Location was easy on, easy off and restaurant (Olive Garden) very close by. Clean. Comfortable beds. At least something for breakfast, in-room coffee, fridge and micro. Everything worked in the room. Good parking.

Traffic was VERY congested in the afternoon rush hour. Tub was not non-slip and no mat. Breakfast was minimally adequate with hard boiled eggs as only protein food choice; waffles, yogurt, bread for toast, cereal. Breakfast area is small, we took out food to our room. Some loud traffic noise during the night with trucks slowing down on the off-ramp.

The hotel had a great group of people working there, I was very happy during my stay. Wifi was very stable, allowing me to do my work on time. I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms. My room was right next to the elevator, but I never heard the gears or any other noise. Fantastic bed and the mini fridge actually cools.

I had to take a picture of the dirt on my nightstand, it was old dirt in the corners, makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned regularly. But general cleanliness wasn't bad, so I will not be uploading the photo. There are no veggies at the breakfast, but that could be a cultural difference, I am not from the USA. There is no cold water either at the breakfast, however, you could pick from tea, coffee, or juices.. just no way to get a glass of clean water even if you ask for it from the kitchen stuff.
