Location was great near my family's home. A supermarket near. Small restaurants and coffee shops near. A mall near. Several services near. The metro station near. The room and lobby were nice and the gym was fine

The TV was not working properly and the staff tried two times to fix it and it still did not work properly, it was turning itself off every now and then when used. The refrigerator the dirst night was doing a strage sound that did not let us rest during the first night, they changed it the next day. One thing that was not good is that because we had a car we had to pay everyday for parking

I loved Courtyard Miami Dadeland! The entire experience- from the easy, no hassle booking reservations to the quick final check out- was wonderful! Greeters, front desk, food area, housekeeping were professional and personable! Daniella, Nico, and Franklin were very helpful. Charles was amazing with conversation, suggestions, and courtesies. Felt very safe in the elevators, corridors, and room. I enjoyed these hotel amenities: marketplace, breakfast, fitness center, pool area, laundry room, sitting areas for socializing and privacy. Of course the room was everything I expected for cleanliness, comfort, and style. A Marriott property was nearby for an alternative nightlife option, a local grocery store, Publix, was within walking distance, and all attractions that I'd had planned for my trip were easily traveled to within 25-45 minutes, depending on distance and traffic flow. From the moment I arrived, I was so thankful that I'd selected this property!

Expensive valet parking

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They undertood the mission of customer service and they delivered.I was very impressed by their willingness to assist. The overall cleanliness was good. However the sofa in our room smelled horrible. I believe it needs to be placed in the sun or vacuumed.

The absence of a microwave in my room. There should be other options for hot beverages other than coffee. The fridge was completely empty! I believe bottled water and a few drinks should be in the fridge for customers. We had room service only once in our four day stay but was not informed of the time period to expect them.

Wonderful Hotel, clean, and the staff was wonderful the only inconvenient thing was the parking they only offer Valet parking third party. No hotel parking. Breakfast was included which it was fantastic they offer really good breakfast ordered by menu but in the Bistro there is just one person taking the orders and one person in the kitchen. The pool was clean and nice.

The breakfast was nice, but I would've liked more variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was well maintained.

The parking was too expensive so I did not use it. The TV seemed to randomly return to the home screen without my prompting it even in the middle of a movie or show.

The atmosphere was great staff was pleasant. It was super relaxing. Short walk to shopping malls and supermarket was super convenient.

Should have complimentary water and with the alternating house keeping days bed linen should b changed

The location of the hotel was very nice, close to mayor highways, restaurants and malls. The room was clean and the service was great, the employees in reception were very helpful and always available to help.

The service of the valet good when requesting the car, however when we were dropping the car at night they did not have enough attendants to take care of all the cars and was collapsed outside.

The doors on the first floor for the mens bathroom and pool door are not automatic, making it open very difficult on a wheelchair.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and spacious room and bathroom Loved the outdoor area Felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. Walking distance to mall, restaurants and cafes

Hate the rainfall shower head. Women need a shower cap or you have to wash and blow dry your hair every shower. We water pressure wasn’t great.
