breakfast was a deception. I stayed there for 11 days on my holidays, the hotel is fine well located and reception friendly and good parking places

breakfast was orful!!! the space was overcrowded each morning, the variety was the same for every days and eggs were not available they prepared like an omelets far from being one, coffee was always could and only one waffle machine for everybody long lines to have one. helpers of the restaurant weren't friendly at all and complaining that hey had to work, the breakfast hours to short since they stopped serving until 10 am, and guest mostly were in their holidays , even more the dates were for Christmas and new year.

Very clean, well appointed and spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice TV with plenty of channels to choose from, good size fridge and microwave. Great to have Publix within walking distance, ample free parking, easy access to Turnpike. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, housekeeping staff were reliable and efficient.

Breakfast was disappointing, would appreciate better fruit selection. Dining area is small and gets very crowded, should extend hours a bit. No water bottle refilling station.

Staff, Ease of egress and Location of disabled parking. Cleanliness of rooms. Efficiency of climate control.

Layout of bathroom. Toilet was too low to ground and not comfortably situated between counter and tub. Tub and shower were an uncomfortable fit for accessories or personal space. Breakfast bar set up was cramped for volume of people intended to serve. I wish that there was an automated check out without having to return to lobby and use awkward front door arrangement.

We love the hotel location and room location. The hotel is always quiet although it's located next to a major expressway, which allows for easy access to and from the hotel. I also like that hotel was able to fulfill our room request as always. Thank you.

Do to the window treatment we could close the curtains to block out the lighting on the building outside the window. It made sleeping restless. I suffer from migraines and checked out feeling very tired and sleepy. We missed breakfast because we were too tired from a restless night of sleep. This may be something management could resolve for better guest experience.

The staff was extremely attentive and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Miami when visiting friends or for cultural events. It was less than a minute to the turnpike which is the easiest way to traverse most of Miami.

That I had to leave

The property was clean, easy to get to & from the Turnpike. There was a Publix, Starbucks & a BBQ restaurant all in the same parking lot! There was a strip center of shops too. The room had a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave & fridge. There was a small dining room table and a hide-a-bed.

Nothing. Well, the maids didn’t speak English so that was hard communicating with them.

It's very nice, I was close to where I had to go every day.

They can improve breakfast, it is essential that once a week they change the menu, every day they put the same thing: it is always egg, sausage or bacon, they should make a change, not everyone eats eggs with American cheese and not everyone is tolerant of egg or sausages.

There was a perfect size jetted tub in our room that was an unexpected suprise. It was just what was needed after exploring all day.

The a/c could have been colder. I slept right next to it and could only use a sheet to cover up and was still warm. And there was a unpleasant smell when you first entered the room like trying to mask a smoke smell with a really strong airfreshner.

The room was very good size and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was always good and the staff was very efficient . The price was great value and the location was perfect for us.

The bed was a little too soft had back pain. The room next door we could hear people speaking as if they in the same room.

The hotel was excellent for my family. It was not just comfortable but clean as well. The breakfast that was included was great as well. We were given a room on the first floor, which happened to be bigger than most rooms we would get at any hotel. The staff was nice. In addition, the location was good. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel and at other locations.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a shuttle bus service to and from hotel would have been good.
