I always stay at a Best Western for 2 reasons they never disappoint and the rewards program they offer The rooms are always immaculate Free breakfast which consists of eggs a different protein each day all the coffee of tea you want bagels Danish and more The staff is excellent employees that are always pleasant and efficient! They treat you like family!

there is not one thing We had my Mothers celebration of life at the function hall 3 years ago They helped make it a memorable occasion I can not think of one thing I would change

Hotel was centrally located; hot breakfast was good w choice of coffees and bed & room very clean & comfortable. However room is big enough to accommodate sofa or two chairs (not counting desk chair). Also suggest placing safe on higher ground as difficult for anyone to lay on floor to open/close it.

Safe on closet floor doesn’t work as extremely uncomfortable to use.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was excellent. Anything I needed. They went beyond to get it for me.They have a real nice swimming pool and with a heated hot tub outdoors. The location is around a whole lot of stores. You will be able to find anything you need in the area. There are multiple restaurants nearby. Also a movie theater and a sports bar.

We chose Best Western Kendall for the parking, laundry facilities, hot tub, gym, and continental breakfast. Everything exceeded expectations! Continental breakfast was delicious, although almost every day they said they were going to have potatoes and they didn’t have any. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and very relaxing after a long day! We were very happy to have laundry access after going to the beach one day, and also making use of the hotel hot tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests that we had. The hotel room was very clean, and the sleeping arrangements were very cozy and comfy! I would definitely come back! I know I have to be back in the area in two years, and will definitely consider coming back here!

Not all the entrances/exits worked with the key card. Also, longer pool hours would have been amazing!

the location of the hotel was awesome with our teenagers. They were able to walk to Barnes and Nobles for a time period. They enjoyed that. While me and my husband walked to Duffy's to have a late snack and beverage. The breakfast was nice as well. It was clean and fully stocked. We were nice and full!

Our room was right by the elevator. A little noisy.

- Clean, good sized rooms. - Felt secure. - Small gym but possible to get complimentary pass to LA fitness. - Enough parking. - Good value for money in Miami.

- Breakfast standard for what I would expect from a 3 star hotel in the US. Would be better if they made eggs from eggs and not some sort of egg power. Not a fan of the plastic cutlery and disposable plates. - Pool not heated, though they do have a hot tub.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. . What I loved is that most hotels give coffee on your room for a few days, the housekeeping staff made sure team and coffee was always in the room. The front desk staff were excellent. I didn’t use the pool but there is a pool and a jacuzzi. There are washers and dryers which cost $2.00 .

The hotel overall was perfect for my stay while my husband was just released from a nearby hospital and was recovering from a stroke. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel was very clean.

Dated hotel. Carpets definitely need to be replaced.

Your pool being paddle locked shut after swimming hours. I used to go and smoke by the pool late in the evenings before heading to bed. Now I am forced just to completely leave the hotel to do so. Also, no one kept the complimentary coffee hot into the evening. Your breakfast at this location isn't quite as good as it used to be. I have stayed here several times and your breakfasts used to knock it out of the park!

I was so please to have breakfast at the hotel. This save me money. I also had surgery so going down to get breakfast gave me the opportunity to walk around. I was also pleased to see restaurants in walking distant of the hotel. My room was big enough for my massage therapist to get her table in there. The shower was walk in which was perfect for me due to having surgery and not being able to do a lot of moving.
