This property was a real surprise. Although old, dated and a bit of faded glory, it was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything that we were required for our five day stay in Miami. A bonus was that it was across the road from a supermarket and the train, which would take you into the city.  Once you knew how to find it, the parking area was easy to use and close to the elevators, which took you directly to your room level.

The property was very difficult to find, as there was no signage on the outside of the building. When we arrived around 6 PM in the evening, the area was very busy and it was difficult to determine where the loading and reception area was.

The property was clean and modern, had everything needed for a self catering stay.

We had a late arrival and it was confusing where to get a key. The lady at the office in the shared foyer told me to go to the office next door but it was closed. I contacted the number on the booking and was told to go to the concierge to collect the key. All was fine in the end as the concierge gave me the key. It was a little stressful however when we realised the office was closed and nowhere to go.

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment, lots of natural light and a good view down Snapper Creek, so a bit of greenery - rather than looking at another building. Everything in the apartment works well. The gym and pool and lovely, with free coffee bar. Free parking always an asset. Location is very convenient for what we wanted, but also across the road from a Target etc so easy for groceries. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. The shower could do with updating. The only lighting in the bedrooms is bedside lights, no wall/ceiling lighting. No windows in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is equiped with basics (pots, pans, cooking spoons), but no extras for full cooking, eg grater, chopping board etc. Here for 2 weeks so bought our own.

Spacious flat, quite soundproofed with the neighbours although not perfect, parking included, nice pool to take the heat off, with gym and well located if you want to be in South Miami (30‘ from Miami Beach, a little less to DownTown and 15’ from the airport)

Something cheaper and with more distance between rooms. It is a terrible habit of hotels, if there are 10 rooms on a floor and 4 of them are occupied (this is a made-up example), they occupy the 4 rooms as close together as possible.

It's a great place for a 2+2 family stay. The location is great. It's close to light rail station and because of this you don't really need a car to explore downdown Miami and Miami Beach [use bus 100]. The washing machine saved my day after few days at the west coast.

I'm really being nitpicky here, since 'm very fond of the stay, but the lighting in restroom was very dim and should be upgraded – I really hate showering in the shadows. And there was no way to use TV to stream my own content despite it having a built-in Chromecast receiver. Obviously it was in a different network that in-house Wi-Fi. Besides that, everything was excellent.

Pleasantly surprised to learn we had a 2/2 apartment (thought it was 2/1). The check-in entrance, was confusing to find, but once I did, the greeting was very friendly and quick. We were actually shown to the apartment with all instructions for our stay. The pool area and gym were very nice. Coffee was offered but no type of cream. I thought it was hilarious that the coffee machine offered was an expresso machine as if everyone drinks Cuban coffee. Finally find a coffee machine in the cabinet the last morning we were there. The apartment was clean and inviting.

The building is in need of renovations. The second bathroom had tiles that were beginning to come off and a huge water stain in the ceiling. Many areas needed paint. Numerous light switches obviously connected to outlets, but none of the lamps were correctly plugged in to use the switches. The detailed instructions for checkout that were included never mention what to do with the linens. Charging $275 cleaning fee is outrageous when the instructions included that we had to leave the apartment clean, clean the dishes and take out the garbage ourselves. You could NOT move the furniture or you would be charged an outrageous fee for doing so; yet the beds in the second bedroom covered up the much needed outlets. No TV in the second bedroom.

Great Location for shopping and dinning. Everything was close by, easy to walk or drive to. The rooms were great for a family of 4 traveling. Much better than everyone cramped in a 1 bedroom hotel. Having a kitchen and laundry machine in the room was very convenient especially traveling with young kids.

For the purpose of a quick shopping trip with young kids there was no issues.

Location was excellent! Close to everything and easy to park and drive anywhere in Miami. Everything you may need was within walking distance. Common areas were clean and coffee bar, Gym and pool was a plus. AC was excellent.

Suite was nice but outfitted with medium quality IKEA furniture. Beds were OK but way too firm for us. Shower heads were extremely low pressure and cheap. One was cracked and leaked but usable. Need to be replaced with better quality possibly a hand held shower would be nice.

The location is good, it is safe, nearby is metrorail, Infront of the building there is a big shopping center (Including Target, where you can buy food and whatever you want), also in 3minutes walk it is situated Ross outlet and Dadeland Mall. The rooms were clean and big enough, they provide you with dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, coffee capsules, shampoo, gel. At check in they gave us a welcome pocket with soft drinks, crackers and even lip balm. I really liked it. We really enjoyed our stay at Dadelnand Towers.

Everything was great.

Location was brilliant. Walking distance to Mall. Metrorail convenient to everywhere. Accommodation fantastic.

Didn’t have a problem with anything….although maybe $200 to clean the room a bit high. It was spotless when we left.
