Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

That there are no daily housekeeping services included in the price. The kitchen is not well stocked with utensils, cookware etc. I think there should be a kitchen trash bin and a supply of trash bags.

Great location, nice size room with a small kitchen, and a balcony.

It’s half hotel, half private units that SoFa vacations rent. There was loud noise, all around the hotel, without warning- construction from 09:00-17:00 during 6 days of our stay. The company who rents the vacation units “offered” us to go touring the area as a solution, orgo down to the pool” ( there was noise there too and part closed) did not assist in offering another location, nor suggested refund . No restaurants or bar , elevators problematic- most of the time you need to wait 3-10 min. If you want a quiet vacation- this is not the place for you.

This is my second stay at Arya and the reception is always manned and staff is helpful. The bed was fantastic and the view lovely. The location is fabulous!

The cutlery in the room was sparse; two forks, one knife, no spoons and two mismatches plates. There was one toilet roll, so I had to go out and buy plastic cutlery and toilet rolls right away, which was not really a problem.

The location was amazing, in a hip, affluent neighborhood. It is in walking distance to many good restaurants, cafees, ice cream parlors. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, just the blue water and lush green canopy of trees. Having the parking included and connected to the building was a great bonus.

The hotel itself, the lobby and the common areas are very stylish, modern and updated. Our room was not. It was clean and comfortable, but a bit aged and worn. The elevators were running erratically, some not working, long waits, and we had to use the service elevators.

I loved the pool, the views from the balcony, the staff was very kind and helpful! The room was very clean 👌 I was able to be accommodated for a little bit later of a check out which helped me out tremendously because I had a later flight and checking out at 12 let me hang by the pool for the day!

I didn't have a rental car so not everything is in walking distance. Definitely need a car if you stay here to get to different locations quickly. & the pool closes early. Other then that I had literally no issues!

The property is in an excellent location with many cafes around. The property itself is very clean and staff was friendly. We had a ocean view studio with full kitchen. The room was very clean and comes with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were the best and very relaxing. We also got free parking. The property staff extended our checkout by 1 hour and were friendly over all. I would stay here again for sure.

The management staff was friendly, responsive and professional. However, this particular unit was a little outdated. We were a little biased because we stayed the previous month in a different unit, one floor down,and it was pristine and had a better view for less per night.

everything was amazing with our residence apartment. It was perfect. My family & 2 grandkids had ample space, it could not be beat. We want to rent again next year. thank you, thank you again so much.

The reception desk were not accomadating. We waited 1/2 hour for them to let us have our key cards, exactly at 4 pm, not 1 minute sooner. And we were sure the place was already cleaned & emptied.

that we couldn’t get any towels and no response from the host! Asked the hotel for roll of toilet paper to get us through till we head out to the store and they couldn’t do that!! no call back to let us know anything so disappointing!!! But we managed to get towels on are own !!!!

To be totally honest, we loved it. Maybe the experience varies by room since it has an AirBnB feel, but the room we stayed in was lovely. Considering what we paid, the views were out of this world. When we come back, I’ll only accept to stay in the exact same room because it was perfect.

I could have done without the weed smell in the vents, and I’d be excited for the restaurant to be up and running again. But other than that, no complaints. When you compare the cost of these rooms with the cost of other hotels next to it in this upscale area, you can’t beat it.
