Communication: Excellent ! Information sent by text messaging, all questions were quickly and clearly answered. Super simple. The Building. Very Nice. Essentially a privately owned room within the hotel. Access is managed by hotel staff. Very polite and efficient. Free parking in a garage attached to building with plenty of parking spots available. Roof top pool & jacuzzi, small but well equipped fitness center with sauna room, onsite breakfast buffet. The Room: Excellent. Exactly as pictured and described. A kitchenette with everything we needed. Even a Nespresso machine with several coffee pods provided by the host. The round pedestal style dining table was adequate and chairs were comfortable. . Two Queen beds, firm but not hard. The bathroom was updated, clean and offered a variety of towels. . A balcony facing NE, with great views of the city and the Marina. A small table and chairs are provided. We drank our coffees each morning out there, just wonderful. . A complementary bottle of chilled white wine and two bottles of mineral water were waiting for us on arrival. Nicely done! Overall, excellent host, excellent stay.

Honestly, everything was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Location is perfect, right in the center of Coconut Grove, walking distance to coffees, restaurants etc. Great clean room, well equipped , terrace with nice ocean view. Also pool area and gym are very good.

The hotel has nothing to do with the apartment rentals (besides checking in) and the host does not respond. As we were there for a whole week we ran out of liquid soap and would have liked to have our room cleaned (with extra charge of course). But as host did not repond this was not possible. As the hotel is independent they do not help out.

Great view from balcony, great room size, well equipped incl cutlery and plates/bowls/cups (not plastic) Easy and fast contact with host. Very clean except from balcony. Great breakfast available for $15 extra.

Could use refurbishment, fresh paint, balcony could use a deep clean and perhaps fresh paint, bathroom: bits and pieces coming off. Electric blind (no curtains) which didn't work and as we arrived late, was not fixed first night which was a bit of a downfall as we really wanted to sleep in without being woken up from the sunrise 6.30am. It was fixed next morning thought.

The apartment was bright and had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable and everything was in good working order. The staff at reception were very helpful.

The building in general is old and the layout means that the balconies, while having nice views, are not private via a vis other rooms/guests. The furniture in the sitting room was not very comfortable and could be upgraded. The gym has great views but needs refurbishment.

The location was perfect! It was a quick walk to great options for dining out and shopping and since we had a car (free parking…yay!), it was an also close to main thoroughfares for easy access. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay.

The only thing I wish it had was a regular drip coffee maker, but that’s just our personal preference. We drink a lot of coffee and Nespresso pods are expensive.

The hotel is supper clean, nice, new and modern. It has really made our stay in Miami. Our room had the best possible view to see the city and the bay. The property is located in the nicest area of Miami and only few seconds walk to the park and the river. The only thing that we did jot like was the checking time (4 pm).

Hotel is in a very nice, green and safe district. However, there is no public transport close, so you need to take an Uber to get anywhere. The room itself was very cozy, but I think them some elements could be renovated (bathroom, doors). We had a beautiful view on the city and marina from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great neighborhood - park in front, a lot of nice and affordable restaurants and shops walking distance, great view at the bay! Room was very comfortable, everything was new and tasteful, clean and spacious bathroom. Very affordable breakfast available at the hotel, though we wanted to go out. I would be happy to go back!

The facilities were beautiful! The free parking...this helps...ez access to city.

The bathroom floors tiles should be cleaned better....it is dirty...thats it...and mabey the bathtub had a ring...Also the sheets soap is very strong and made my skin itch...other wise Excellent

So clean and smelled so nice. They left me a bottle of wine to enjoy! The location is prime and free parking included is a must have! Easy check-in and out. I recommend this place if you want convenience and luxury facility.
