I liked the following: there was a restaurant on site valet parking staff was pleasant and helpful washer/dryer in room pool area clean easy to get to other places quiet

Although we were very pleased with the room overall, for a luxury hotel, I thought the room should have been deep cleaned. The side of the bathroom cabinet had not been cleaned in a while, and the handles on the drawers were old and rusted. The cleaning staff should consider switching to a different type of towel they use to wipe tables, etc. off, as they leave behind a lot of dust.

A great self catering option with good space, facilities and very clean. Located 10 minutes walk away was a good range of restaurants and shops. Very chilled space near the water so was great for walking. Onsite restaurant was good.

The directions and distance to walk to the suggested supermarket was longer than anticipated. A list of local food / grocery options in the room could be useful to save us time especially as it was a short stay. We booked a balcony room which was on the 2nd floor with direct access to and overlooked the carpark so we could not use effectively .... not a great first impression for us as tourists.

Location was great for accessing 8th Street for little Havana and also mcfarlane Road, grand avenue areas just round the corner. Huge balcony attached to our 2 bedroom suite. Nice outdoor facilities

We arrived early which I knew meant we may have to wait. From 3pm (yes I know earliest check in is 4 ) to 4.40pm we had to wait. No ice making machine for freezer which meant we had to keep asking at front desk. We stayed in room 502 and general room was fine. In the ensuite bathroom however the shower door and surrounds were mouldy. Overall I can't see how this hotel is billed as 4/5 star, more likely 3 or4 at a push.

Great location, about 10 minutes walk away from shops and restaurants. The pool area was very well Kept and serene. It was nice and warm, and the hot tub was great. We also enjoyed using the gym, sauna and steam room. Our room was very large and clean, and the staff was all very friendly. Had all the amenities we needed in the room.

Sometimes it was very noisy from our residents or hotel guests playing music but it was manageable.

Great location in Coconut Grove, on a walking distance from Coco Walk and the park. Big apartment with full kitchen, living room, a balcony and bedroom. Room 305. Stuff is great. I was evacuating from Tampa during Milton hurricane, with a cat. Perfect for pets

A little worn out furniture, but very comfortable. Bad internet. I was not able to connect Apple TV

The history of the hotel is felt in all the decor! The pool was a wonderful relaxing area, and it was close to restaurants and grocery shops to get our own food.

Some of the ‘old furniture’ was less comfortable and creaky bed base made moving impossible.

Lovely area in Coconut Grove! We loved using the pool, had a great balcony view and the apartment was well equipped. The staff were very friendly too and got us everything we needed. Also enjoyed the food and drinks from the bar downstairs, and the hotel is nearby to restaurants, bars and coffee shops

We were a group of 4 with 2 two sleeping on the sofa bed, however it was a bit broken with a dip in the middle and so very uncomfortable for two!

This was our third stay at this property. We love that this is an all suite property. The location is fantastic and easy to get to from our Palm Beach county home, and easy walking to great restaurants and shopping. The waterfront location is wonderful. The valet parking is very helpful as parking situation in this area is challenging. The pool area is very pretty, and relaxing. An onsite restaurant is very convenient with tasty food. We would stay here again. A sidenote is that there are some permanent residence in this hotel, which makes it a bit different than your traditional hotel. There’s no room service that I am aware of but we’ve never really asked about it. Location too many and varied restaurants make room service pretty much unnecessary. You can always order and have things delivered.

Traffic noise is unavoidable in this area when you’re sitting on your balcony, but the view of the bay and the sailboat is certainly worth it. we were NOT troubled by traffic noise in our room.

I liked everything about this property— the suite was perfect me and my twenty-something son for a weekend visit: clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a great ocean view balcony. The location was very convenient and walkable for Coconut Grove’s shops and restaurants and an easy drive to other Miami locations- Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Little Havana, and downtown.

Staff young and inexperienced. On first morning we asked for a taxi but staff had no idea what to do, the company they used charged us 3 times the going rate but they didn't do anything when we reported it. Restaurant couldn't serve us breakfast because 4 people were already in it. All very odd and not in keeping with the splendid rooms, location and histoy of the hotel.
